Hvis airconditionen virkede var det et fint sted
Pros:

Dejligt hotel lidt væk fra larm. Der er hvad man skal bruge.

Cons:

Aircondition virkede ikke de 3 nætter vi var der og det var meget uheldigt, da vi havde 35-38 grader.

Lo único la ubicación, la calidad de las sábanas y las toallas. No hay opción de desayuno ni cena. Hay una kitchinette que te deja hacer lo mínimo. No hay cocina como vendeis en vuestra página

Cons:

Mejor funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. Que la habitación no oliera a tuberias y que en la piscina o en alguna parte del apartahotel hubiera algún bar para tomar algo

Muy contentos con nuestra estancia
Pros:

La chica de recepción se portó genial con nosotros. El primer día tuvimos un problema porque se nos asignó una habitación que consideramos que no cumplía con lo que pagamos y sin ninguna pega nos ayudó a reubicarnos en otra donde estuvimos súper cómodos.

Cons:

Creo que la piscina estuvo bien, pero merece mayor atención y limpieza. Las tumbonas estaban descuidadas y en algunas partes (fuera del agua) había suciedad acumulada.

No es una buena Calidad-Precio
Pros:

La ubicación. Es una zona tranquila, a unos 10minutos caminando está la playa principal con restaurantes y tiendas.
La piscina está bien, pero las instalaciones tienen aspecto de dejadez y descuido.
Los recepcionistas, mantenimiento y limpieza siempre amables.

Cons:

Está todo para reformar, instalaciones muy viejas y descuidadas. Aire acondicionado con muy bajo rendimiento desde el principio. Mecanismo muy antiguo que cuantas más habitaciones lo usan menos aire llega. Durante el día no era suficiente para enfriar la habitación. Los últimos días dejó de funcionar del todo y la solución que nos ofrecieron fue un ventilador. Pasamos calor mientras el aire “funcionaba bien” y después fue insoportable.
El primer día nos encontramos el frigorífico apagado y tuvimos que esperar 24h hasta que alcanzó la temperatura.
En la limpieza se limitaban a hacer las camas y a cambiar las toallas a diario a pesar de que las dejábamos bien dobladas, no siendo necesario cambiarlas cada día. Sin embargo, el suelo lo pasaban muy por encima, se veía polvo.
La terraza estaba llena de colillas de otros huéspedes.

Se estropeó el aire con días de intenso calor y nos ofrecieron ventiladores pero igualmente pasamos muchísimo calor. El agua de la piscina muy caliente.

Todo el personal muy amable recepcionistas, personal de mantenimiento, personal de limpieza. Hacen que todo sea más agradable. La ubicación está bien.

Por desgracia el último día y noche hubo un problema con el aire acondicionado en general que no pudieron solucionar y pasamos bastante calor.

Si hubiera funcionado el aire acondicionado a la potencia necesaria habría sido una maravilla

El trato de la gente del servicio muy correcto y profesional. Muy atentos y agradables en todo momento. Intentaron resolver nuestras necesidades al momento. Muy contentos con el personal.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no tenía potencia suficiente y fue realmente agobiante por momentos. Hubo quejas de más huéspedes pero no se podía hacer nada por el propio sistema de aire acondicionado. La experiencia pasó de haber sido muy buena a incluso decepcionante por momentos debido al importe abonado precisamente para disponer de un aire acondicionado que funcionara correctamente. Un solo fallo, pero garrafal en un momento tan caluroso. Eso sí el personal una maravilla en todo momento.

OK room and the pools and staff were the highlights
Pros:

The pools were nice and warm, the staff were great too. Checkin went smooth and there was free parking on site. The room was clean.

Cons:

The room was not in the best condition; broken floor tiles and shower ledge was damaged as well.
Also, there was some contractors working in the room next to the ours during the weekdays which was not expected and was causing some noise. A few ants entered the room during our stay, although that's probably not within control of the staff; the cleaning lady took care of it quickly.
