Descripción del alojamiento errónea
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento está muy limpio. Se dejan detalles en la nevera para desayunar que se agradecen.

Cons:

Creíamos reservar el loft agaterado porque es lo que seleccionamos y es la imagen del alojamiento que nos enviaron en la reserva. Pero al llegar nos dan el código del loft dos niveles que está en la planta baja, a nivel del portal de entrada. En Booking no aparece como descripción un "loft de dos niveles" en planta baja. No sé si el error es de Booking o del propietario de los apartamentos que no comprueba que la información de Booking sea correcta.
El caso es que nosotros reservamos un loft agaterado y pasamos el fin de semana en el loft de la planta baja con poca entrada de luz, el dormitorio resulta oscuro.
Resuelvan este error para que los clientes sepan exactamente qué es lo que están reservando.

Newish apartment, well-located
Pros:

All aspects of our stay were excellent, especially Blanca's communication and insights before and during our stay. Location in the Barrio Humido near the Cathedral was very useful. Facilities were quite new and worked well, especially the washing machine and balcony windows.
