Apartment ok, Personal Katastrophe
Pros:

Die Apartments waren groß, hatten große Badezimmer und haben alles in allem einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Das Personal vor Ort war freundlich.

Cons:

Beide Schlafsofas haben bei jeder Bewegung so laut gequietscht, dass die anderen davon sogar wach geworden sind. Der digitale Kontakt war eine absolute Katastrophe. Allein deswegen würde ich mich nicht noch mal für die Unterkunft entscheiden. Das Ganze grenzte fast schon an Respektlosigkeit. Man ist absolut unflexibel was an- und Abreise angeht (wir mussten die Flüge umbuchen!) und wenn man einen Tag vorher nochmal fragt was alles benötigt wird fürs einchecken, wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden. Auch hier war keinerlei Hilfsbereitschaft gezeigt. Erst nach Zusenden der Buchungsbestätigung wurde die Buchung dann doch gefunden. Eine Entschuldigung für den Ärger gab es nicht.

Sympathisches Personal

Cons:

Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht den Angaben. Der Blick fiel genau auf die stetig laufende Lüftungsanlage eines Fitnessstudio.
Die Wände in den Räumen waren von Flecken besprenkelt und zum Teil die Farbe beschädigt. Alles in Allem ist der Preis für die Unterkunft nicht ansatzweise gerechtfertigt.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, breathtaking view from the terrace
Pros:

We really enjoyed the apartment and the staff upfront is extremely helpful and kind. The view for the apartment is also breathtaking while the two bathrooms available are great for families.

The location is 15 minutes away from Milano Centrale or The Done, there's a gym downstairs, supermarket and small parks nearby. Thanks again!
