The property **does not have a reception**, therefore the arrival time must be agreed in advance.

# Arrival information
After the reservation is made, guests receive **initial arrival information**.
**One day before arrival**, guests receive **detailed instructions**, including entrance information and door access codes.

**Minimum check-in age: 22 years.**
Guests under the age of 22 may stay **only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.**
# Security deposit
Upon arrival, a **security deposit pre-authorization of EUR 50 per room** is required using a bank card (the amount is not charged, but temporarily reserved).
The deposit may be used **in case of damages, extra cleaning or violations of house rules**.
The deposit is **released on the day of check-out**, however depending on the bank it may take **up to 14 days** to appear in the guest’s account.

Быстрая, чёткая информация по поводу заселения, удобное расположение-рядом остановка общественного транспорта, тихое место со своей парковкой.
В апартаментах нет даже соли,сахара. Апартаменты вмещают 4 человека, но на кухне очень маленький стол на 2 человек и всего 2 табуретки. Сесть нам вчетвером было невозможно. В ванне над раковиной не хватает небольшой полки. Вещи сложить негде- нет ни тумбочки, ни комода, Ни шкафа. Было не очень комфортно 2 ночи.

On the positive side, the staff responded very quickly to our messages and provided clear, detailed instructions about the check-in process and where to park the car. We really appreciate their prompt communication and helpful guidance. Thank you for that.
The apartment was very dirty. There was dust everywhere, but that was not even the biggest problem.
The dishes were all greasy and clearly had not been washed properly before our arrival. It looked like they had only been quickly rinsed. There were even greasy food residues left on the knife from previous guests.
The worst part was the bathroom. The bathtub and sink were dirty, and there were clumps of someone else's hair in the bathtub drain. It was absolutely disgusting. After a long journey, we were looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing, but it was impossible. It was so unpleasant that we didn't even want to step into the bathtub.
Another huge disappointment was the Wi-Fi. The internet speed was extremely slow, making the smart TV completely useless. There were no cable TV channels, and no streaming subscriptions were available. The only thing we could try to use was YouTube, but it kept buffering endlessly. Even Google Chrome on the TV was unusable because the internet simply did not work. We had to use our own mobile internet from our Finnish phones instead. The TV was basically pointless.
The apartment looks beautiful in the photos, but in reality it is no longer in the condition shown in the listing. The bed linen was also so old and overwashed that it had turned yellowish-grey.
Overall, the quality of the apartment does not match the price at all. This stay was a huge disappointment.

Obiekt ma podstawowe udogodnienia, wystarczające na kilka dni pobytu. Dobre skomunikowanie z centrum miasta - pod budynkiem przystanki tramwajowy i autobusowy. W pobliżu dwa supermarkety.
Okna wychodzą na bardzo ruchliwą ulicę - w mieszkaniu jest bardzo głośno, co utrudnia odpowiedni wypoczynek i zasypianie. Polecam zatyczki do uszu i tabletki ułatwiające zasypianie :) Pewnym zaskoczeniem była niezbyt czysta podłoga i pozostałości resztek jedzenia w zlewie.

Dobry cena. Na jedną dwie noce jest ok, na dłużej nie polecam ze względu na hałas dochodzący z ulicy, ciężko usnąć przy otwartym oknie.
