Pros:

Location outside busy areas at a small metro station for easy access. 7-11 and other small stores around.
Good for 2 people - bed was comfortable.
Easy communication and check in.
Washing machine was easy to navigate and use.

Cons:

Not comfortable for 4. Teens were supposed to sleep on very thin futons. One not even long enough to fit 16years old.
Sheets were not clean but I found extra sheets and changed them all.
Pillows were smelly.
Very thin walls - we can easily hear the other guests speaking during night (jet lagged)

Pros:

There is a toaster oven, we liked it. The accomodation is on groundfloor, which is good if you have suitcases, because there is no elevator.

Cons:

It is a little bit small for 4 people with suitcaises. We heard music from our neighbours.

Pros:

From the beginning the host was communicative, and informative. The house was large, the shower, bathroom and washing machine where very well functioning and up to date. The rooms where large, and the kitchen island was fully stocked with the basic necesseities. The host was also communicative ensuring that all our needs are met. They reply fast as well. Overall this place was perfect for our stay.

Pros:

Good location, easy to get to the town by train only 5 mins walking to the train station. Convenient stores and restaurants near by

Cons:

It’s very difficult to get the key. The code provided in webpage was not correct, Staff has poor communication, not good in English. Room Space is too small for 4 people due to limited space in Japanese. The blankets and mattress were not provided for 4 people. This apartment facility is actually fit for 3 people. About the cleanliness in the room is not good.
