Pros:

there's plenty of room, the apartment is big enough for 6 pax, there are two toilets, one upstairs and downstairs. guest can cook, there's a descent size fridge. walking distance to 7eleven shop, they sell everything you need. Quiet area. The host are very quick answer questions to the messages. The apartment is clean. There's washing machine, which is good.

Cons:

The bathroom is not big enough for 6 people, the drain couldn't handle it, it wasn't draining properly, the cover for the drain in the bath tub have to be pump up for the water to go down slowly, sometimes, you finish using it, and there's still water remaining in the bath tub. There's no pillow cases in pillows, no mattress covers.

comfortable and good value
Pros:

The apartment was big enough for 4 or more people. The price was good and it is close enough to Shinjuku. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the station and then about 15 minutes to Seibu-Shinjuku station which is close to Kabukicho. It is good if you want to save money on accommodation for a big group.

Cons:

The location is not that ideal as we spend more on transportation time and money but it is worth the price that we are paying

Lovely stay in traditional Japanese home
Pros:

We enjoyed the experience of staying in a traditional Japanese home. Its not a tourist area which we liked seeing the neighbourhood and it was quiet. The station is an 8 minute walk and there are resturants and places to eat that are for locals.
The local train takes you to Shinjiku station easily.
We had good communication with the owners who always responded right away

Awesome location and stay.
Pros:

We had a bit of trouble using the code system to get in but the property management was super fast in responding to help us out. The location of the apartment is awesome! About an 8 minute walk to the local train station. There also many small restaurants near by to choose from.

We used the washer on the property and walked about 3 houses down to use the coin laundry to dry some clothes quickly. I definitely recommend this apartment for bigger families as its very spacious. The location is great it gives you a glimpse of a smaller town with all the amenities you need.

I recommend walking around broadway mall, sunmall and trying out OCTA for some tacos.

Pros:

棒极了，特别是浴室厨房方面很干净敞亮，很棒的民宿，就是距离车站有点遠，多走几次就习惯了，也不觉得远了。下次有机会会介绍朋友来试试。

Bei der Ankunft im Dezember war das Appartment leider unbeheizt. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten müssen selber aufgebaut werden, dafür müssen die Tische und Stühle weggeräumt und die Futons und das Bettzeug aus den Wandschränken geholt werden.
Die Anreise zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten und zentralen Stadtteilen dauert inklusive umsteigen ca. 50 Minuten. Vor Ort gibt es sehr wenige Cafe oder Restaurants.

Perfekt für einen Tokio-Trip
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und fühlte sich sehr authentisch japanisch an. Die Wohngegend ist nicht touristisch überlaufen und man fühlt sich mitten im Alltagsleben von Tokio.

Allgemein eine sehr schöne und perfekt ausgestattete Unterkunft.
