Good value for money, private comfortable - nice stay.
Pros:

Great location, nice and private, quiet and very handy for everything. Two minute walk to the beach. Secure

Cons:

some lights in the bungalow (in the lounge) did't work. Not really a big deal, though, as there were others and a lamp.

Absolutely lovely stay, and will definitely go back as soon as I can.
Pros:

The bungalow was lovely, in a great position near the pool. Having air conditioning was an absolute bonus, and it was cheap to run. Lady on reception, and lady who does the cleaning were very helpful and friendly. The complex is very close to the shops,and I was able to hire a mobility scooter as I have poor mobility. The bungalow had everything I needed, including a hairdryer, and even a coffee machine. Had a great time.

Unbeatable Location & Stress-Free Stay at Bungalows Doble UVE"We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Matagorda, Lanzarote, and our stay at Bungalows Doble UVE was exactly what we needed. If you are looking for a location that is truly 100% 'near everything,' this is it.The bungalow is situated so close to the airport that you can be off the plane and poolside in minutes, which is a massive plus. Once you’re there, you really don't need a car or taxis; the beach, a great selection of shops, lively bars, and lovely restaurants are all just a short, easy stroll away.The accommodation itself is basic, but don't let that put you off—it was spotlessly clean, efficient, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A standout feature for us was the WiFi; it was incredibly fast and reliable, which isn't always the case in holiday rentals!The bungalows are set within a quiet, gated community, which gave us great peace of mind. It feels very secure and private, making it a brilliant choice for families with kids, but also perfect for couples of all ages. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful base or a spot close to the action, I can’t recommend this place enough. We’d definitely go back!

. Les bungalows et la piscine de l hôtel sont très jolis d extérieur. Bon emplacement proche de la plage.

Cons:

Très très froid dans le bungalow n 1 qui est en plein nord et pas de chauffage à l intérieur. Trop peu d ustensiles de cuisine pour cuisiner. Odeur de renfermée dans la cuisine. Impossible d utiliser la piscine qui n est pas chauffée en hiver. Ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel en décembre impossible d en profiter. L été l hôtel doit être plus agréable

Очень удобное расположение, пляж пару минут пешком, близко к аеропорту. Была сильная влажность и сырость, но это скорее к климату. Посуды действительно было мало, нет ножа кроме как для хлеба, разделочной доски, не было и мочалки для мытья посуды. В остальном все понравилось.

Prima appartement, vreselijke bedden.

Cons:

Vreselijke bedden (een soort plank op pootjes) waardoor we geen goede nachtrust kregen. Het is verder echt een prima appartement met heel veel kastruimte, maar slecht uitgerust. We zouden koken, maar er bleek geen koekenpan te zijn (dit is later opgelost). Een pan voor het vlees geleend van de buren. Toen bleek er ook geen snijplank en geen scherp mes te zijn. Met een uitgebreidere uitrusting, goede bedden en fijne kussens zou het echt een goed appartment zijn.

The location is convenient and beautiful. The price matches the quality. There are animals, birds, palm trees. The neighbors are quiet and pleasant.

I'm not picky, I can live in Spartan conditions, but there's one thing in life that gives me a distinctly unpleasant feeling, and I met it here. It's a cockroach. A big, fat cockroach.
I probably didn't even see any housekeeping staff. Someone brought towels on the fourth day. The room has everything, but not everything works. There's a safe, but it's locked. There's Wi-Fi, but it's basically nonexistent. There's a microwave, but it doesn't spin or heat. The shower stall is woefully small, even for a small person. The doors squeak a bit, so I had to lubricate them. The apartment also needs airing. It's very stuffy, and the damp smell attracts insects. If you're just spending the night and traveling the rest of the time, it's fine. If you're staying longer, some improvements could be made to the comfort level. In short, if it's for a man, then fine; if it's for a woman, then there are some questions...
