Gute Lage und Erreichbarkeit mit Verkehrsmitteln, schöne Wohnung.

Cons:

Einige Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung des Appartments - kein Spülmittel, Schwamm, Holzlöffel, Kaffeefilter. Wenn man für ein paar Nächte kommt, nimmt man es nicht mit.

Tolles Apartment, man sollte jedoch nicht lärmempfindlich sein.
Pros:

Apartment sauber, gut eingerichtet, gute Lage.
Da gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Cons:

Nicht für Lärmempfindliche geeignet. Sehr hellhörig. Früh morgens und spät abends heftiges Gepolter, Lärm, (Kinder-)Geschrei, laute Musik sowie morgens unüberhörbares Klavier-/Keyboardspielen.

Good few days stay
Pros:

It was in a good location for public transport. Kitchen has everything you need - kitchenette, microwave, simple coffee machine, refrigerator.

Cons:

The neighrbourhood didn’t feel very safe at night, also had to ask for wi-fi booster because internet didn’t work properly in my floor and the iron didn’t heat up nor gave steam.

Die Lage des Apparts ist sehr gut,S+U sehr schnell zu erreichen,so wie auch diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants.

Cons:

Der Lärm von den oberen Nachbarn,hat mich extrem gestört,bin empfindlich was das betrifft,man hört alles was sich so im Gebäude abläuft,aber wer das nicht stört ist das Appart‘s zu empfohlen.

The apartment really exceeded my expectations. I had no problem with the self-check in. I stayed at the apartment 1 wich has a separate entrance. It was big enough for 2 poeple, small kitchen space with everything you might need for a short/long stay. The main room and bathroom are really big. enough pillows and towels. big windows. Location is perfect, close to supermarkets, restaurants, metro/bus/train stations. Istructions for check out super clear

Sehr gute Lage; Ruhige Lage; viele Gaststätten (nicht laut) an einem Quartiersplatz; 2 mal wöchentlich Markt...
sehr auber; gut ausgestattet gute Betten; gutes Sofa; großer Tisch mit bequemen Stühlen...

Cons:

das W-Lan hat nur mäßig funktioniert, gerade ausreichend, um die Vorbereitungen für den nächsten Tag zu treffen, wenn man schon alles weis, aber nicht mehr. Die Verwaltung hat erst nach persönlicher Ansprache und mehreren e-Mails reagiert und mir einen Ersatzrouter, der gut funktionierte ausgehändigt. Das war aber am Vortag der Abreise. Von Netflix o.ä. (was ich nicht brauche, aber im Beschrieb war) keine Spur......Kabelfernsehen schlecht eingestellt (ARD ging nicht...).
Wenn die Reaktion bei ernsthaften Problemen auch so ist, .....

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und das Personal sehr nett . Die Lage ist angenehm. In der Wohnung findet man alles was in eine Apartment braucht . Das Personal ist sehr nett .

Cons:

Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es ist sehr schlicht gehalten . Man kann das Zimmer mit den Vorhänge leider auch nicht abdunkeln . Mittwochs und Samstag morgens kann es durch den Wochenmarkt schon sehr früh lauter werden .

Ok, aber kein Schmuckstück
Pros:

Das Appartment war groß und das Bett war bequem. Anbindung an ÖPNV ist ok, aber man muss ein Bisschen laufen. Samstag gibts einen Markt direkt um die Ecke und viele Möglichkeiten, einzukaufen oder essen zu gehen.

Cons:

Der Rauchmelder hat andauernd einen schrillen Ton abgegeben und man konnte ihn nicht ausschalten. Der Kommunikationston (via Mail) der Gastgeber ist sehr direkt und daher zwar klar, aber auch etwas unfreundlich - aber vielleicht ist das auch die Berliner Art ...
