Pros:

Il residence si trova sulla strada principale a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Baveno dove si trova l'attracco dei battelli. Abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento con "vista parziale sul lago" e nonostante la dicitura, abbiamo potuto godere di una buona vista del Lago Maggiore.
L'appartamento è spazioso, dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici utili per una vacanza e discretamente pulito.

Cons:

Se possibile scriverei su booking che nel conto finale potrebbe esser aggiunto il 5% come mancia facoltativa cosi' da non trovarsi sorpresa alla fine del soggiorno.

Pros:

L'appartamento era ben distribuito e pulito. Nella cucina c'erano tutti gli utensili necessari. Pentole in acciaio. In bagno i prodotti necessari. La camera era spaziosa con un bel balcone da cui uno scorcio sul lago. Il parcheggio in strada nelle immediate vicinanze con strisce bianche è stato sempre disponibile. Vicinissimo un supermercato del posto ben fornito e con prezzi nella norma.

Cons:

Avrei gradito la presenza di qualche bustina (da bar) di zucchero e magari qualche bustina di sale e olio per non dover comprare le confezioni intere visto il soggiorno di 3 notti.

Понравилось абсолютно все. Номер большой, магазин через мостик, все удобно. Парковка бесплатная прям в 1 минуте от отеля.

Cons:

Большинство номеров выходили на дорогу, было шумно, но когда закрываешь окна- то в номере тихо. Было жарко, так как солнце нагревало здание, но нужно проветрить 10 минут и номер охлаждался.
