Cons:

The standard deteriorated badly. Lifts are frustrating. They get stuck at some levels. Uncontrollable noise of children and adults. It was s real hostel. I understand there lots of charge guests who even sang religious songs at 2am.

The fact that booking.com sold our chosen rooms to others , when we arrived,rooms were full than they had to place us to another available accommodation and that was exhausting because we were so tired because of the long distance from JHB

Was a nightmare
Pros:

I didn't like anything. the room was stuffy. the linen was few. the neighbour's were noisy. There was only 1 person managing the entire front reception. Only 1 elevator works catering for 24 floors. and no one mentioned additional fees for parking. windows on the 18th floor cracked. No hot water.

Cons:

Improve everything please. Don't just put up fancy pictures. Use some of the money you make to renovate.

The only thing I liked was the views at night

Cons:

The water was cold, you have to pay to get everything, we paid to borrow the iron but when we returned it, they gave us a hard time to get our money back. The kettle was not working we reported it but no response was giving. The place smells with dust. Nothing was make sure there.
