Pros:

Мини гостиница находится в самом центре старого города , очень удобное расположение и очень красивая , очень современный дезайн .

Cons:

Есть несколько пунктов которые не были указаны в описании .В наших аппатаментах кондиционер был только в кухне / гостинной .В спальне кондиционера нет и если ты отдыхаешь в июле это очень проблематично.Окно открыть нет возможности из за шума . Кровать предстовляет из себя матрас на полу и вокруг есть ограничитель , это было очень не удобно для нас . И последнее , при заказе гостиницы у нас был включен завтрак , но никто не предупредил что завтрак =15 € на человека и надо выбирать из меню и если не уложился в 15€ то надо доплачивать .
Мне кажется такие нюансы должны быть указаны в описании .

Nakvynė buvo užsakyta per Booking programėlę ir apmokėta prieš atvykstant, 100 eurų užstatas rezervuotas. Atvykimo dieną apgyvendinimo įstaiga atsiuntė užpildyti išankstinės registracijos formą, kurioje be įprastų asmens duomenų, prašoma įkelti asmens kortelės arba paso pirmojo puslapio duomenis, kuriame yra paso numeris ir asmens kodas. Mano nuomone, tai perteklinis reikalavimas ir mano duomenų apsaugos pažeidimas.
Susisiekus telefonu, pasiūliau, pateikti pasą atvykus, buvo pasakyta, kad gyvos registracijos nėra, jie dirba nuotoliu, bendrauja telefonu, žinutėmis ir jei aš nepateiksiu asmens duomenų, negausiu patekimo į kambarį kodo. Google Chrome programa net nekėlė paso fotografijos į registracijos formą, buvo sugaištas kelionės laikas, teko vėl skambinti, tada pasiūlė eiti per mažiau saugumo turinčias programas. Jei neįvykdytumėm šio reikalavimo, būtume likę be nakvynės Kaune. Gavus kodą, patekimas į kambarį buvo sėkmingas ir sklandus. Šią informaciją turi žinoti būsimi svečiai.
Nepatiko prastas susistovėjęs rankšluoščių kvapas (gal nepilnai išdžiūvusius sulankstė).
Nepatiko pusryčių indai, kavos puodelis, neturėtų būti tik dizainerio svajonės išpildymas, bet turi būti patogus ir saugus paimti į rankas. Atkreipkite dėmesį į lėkštelę, nežinau ar galima ją taip pavadinti, tiesiog plytos šukės gabalėlis, nuo kurio valgoma uogienė, jogurtas. Tegul indų dizaineris mėgaujasi savo namuose šiais kūriniais, o Jūsų puikus viešbutis tikrai galėtų įsigyti prabangesnius, saugesnius indus.

Cons:

The property is a venue space as well. We stayed for one night. However, at the same time, in the same hotel, a wedding was organized. The music was very loud and it was not possible to sleep in the room. It felt like staying in an overpriced hostel above a nightclub. Also, guests were going up the stairs to use the terrace for a cigarette break. They walked close by the glass doors, so there was very limited privacy.

I had to go speak with the staff at 2am to have the music turned off.

When I addressed this situation with the staff, they wrote a generic response saying that they did everything they could to limit the noise and could not refund the room.

So, if you do not want to stay in a fancy hotel that is actually a wedding/party space, I suggest avoiding this venue and choosing an actual hotel — not a space aiming to make extra cash from organizing events at the expense of its guests.

Excellent old town location and comfortable design apartment
Pros:

The design element was really cool. The views were amazing as was the terrace. Breakfast was excellent and varied. The location was excellent for the old town.

Cons:

The only major thing was the curtains didn’t fit all the windows in the lounge and didn’t block out the light in the bedroom so it gets light army in summer. As advertised parking isn’t included. But you can download UNIPARK app and pay with an international card with Apple Pay. The kitchen could have done with a bigger chopping board and tea towel ! But it was otherwise great

La modernité des chambres mobilier et décoration contemporaines bravo
Par contre l enregistrement avec cle dans les boites un moderniste inutile comme le code à la porte
On fait plus simple
Petit dejeuner tres beau mais pas vraiment copieux et sans grand intérêt gustatif
Mais les chambres sont belles le lit tres confortable
Donc une bonne expérience a conseiller
