-Geschirr verschmutzt

-Keine frischen Abwaschfetzen
-Offene Sachen im Kühlschrank

-Spülung WC extrem schlecht

Pros:

Die Lage und Grösse der Wohnung war gut, nahe am Zentrum.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit dürfte besser sein. Beim heutigen Standart darf man eine saubere Wohnung erwarten. Es sind auch viele Sachen wie Deko, Stühle etc.defekt oder in einem schlechten Zustand. Auch bei der Dusche ist der Ablauf schlecht.

good location, everything else is a horror... I have never seen such a dirty apartment in my life, the host is disastrous.... the bathroom is a living infection... the bed linen has not been changed for years.... insects in the apartment.... I don't have enough bad words to describe this apartment

Cons:

Bir çok şey kırık ve çalışmıyor. Ev genel olarak temiz değil. Çarşaf ve yastıklarda koku var. Girdiğimizde balkondaki küllük sigara izmariti doluydu ve mutfakta önceki kullananların kiri duruyordu yani ev bizden önce temizlenmemiş. İstasyona ve meydana yakın ama kötü bir mahallenin kenarında.

Ottima per frühlingsfest o all'Oktoberfest
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per andare al frühlingsfest o all'Oktoberfest. Inoltre è vicina a molti posti dove mangiare e ai mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Purtroppo siamo arrivati prima dell'ora indicata ed avendo già trovato le chiavi, dopo aver avvertito l'host, siamo entrati. L'appartamento non era stato pulito. Gli asciugamani che ci sono stati dati erano macchiati e a terra c'era sporcizia e rifiuti. Abbiamo dovuto contattare l'host chiedendogli di prendere provvedimenti e ha provveduto a mandare qualcuno a pulire. Ottimo la tempestività dell'intervento ma avrei preferito che ci fosse specificato che entrando a quell'ora avremmo trovato casa da pulire. (Anche se gli asciugamani sporchi non li comprendo.)
