Das Personal ist nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Es ist laut, die Wände lassen den Schall unglaublich stark durch, man hört alles aus dem Nebenzimmer. Das Zimmer ist stickig und schlecht belüftet. Es ist unglaublich klein.

Simple check in.

Cons:

There was a humid smell. It took a long time to figure out that the window on the ceiling could be opened. They could leave it open so there would be no smell. Found a couple hairs on the bed. Not a big deal I cleaned them in 1 minute. The carpet was already worn turned. The hotel is new but things inside already look used for a couple years. Probably good looking cheap materials

Pros:

Full service kitchen (utensils, sponge) and very clean hotel with nice TV and AC. Not too far from city center using public transport (and the stop is super close)!

Cons:

Can't really say there was something I did not like.

Je škoda, že špatný úklid a chybný odhad potřeby rekonstrukce ničí dojem z hotelu :(
Cons:

Čistota pokoje č. 301 !!! Špinavé WC, koupelna zastaralá, rezavá, vodní kámen, tekuté mýdlo v lahvičce z DM značky Balea snad z minulého roku jen dolívané :( . Zdi popraskané, pavučiny u trámu v koupelně. Pokoje nevymalované, špinavé zdi, prach na skříních. Za závěsem chuchvalce prachu, zapomenutá lego kostička, takže evidentně nikdo nevysával delší dobu. V kuchyni dřez rezavý, prázdná petka od vody na kuchyňské lince plné prachu, židle polepená od limonády, parapety i okna špinavé. Hotel je dobře situovaný, cena celkem rozumná za ubytování, až teda za poplatek bankovního terminálu, který při platbě za parking 600,- činil 120,- což se nám zdálo přepálené. Navíc jsme mohli být paní recepční upozorněni, když se manžel dotazoval na parkování, že platba pouze v hotovosti jinak nás čeká celkem drahý poplatek při platbě kartou. To se nám ještě v hotelu nestalo !!! Snad takový nepořádek není ve všech pokojích, hned po příjezdu jsme na recepci hlásili stav pokoje, paní recepční říkala, že to dá do pořádku, omlouvala se, avšak po návratu na pokoj kromě WC stav nezměněn :( .
