Guten Basis für Kurztrip nach Prag
Pros:

Sauber, funktionell, preisgünstig, ruhig, Altstadt mit der Bahn gut zu erreichen.

We rested well and were close to the venue of the concert but also to the center of the town.
Pros:

We were amazed by the interior design and comfort. It was really nice to have a well set up place to relax at and watch netflix before sleep.

Dirty room, no window, and zero accountability — deeply disappointed
Pros:

The one genuine positive is the location — public transport access is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city.

Cons:

The room assigned to us had no window at all — something not disclosed on the Booking listing. When we asked to be moved, the request was refused, despite the system showing two other rooms still available. We had booked months in advance at a higher price, and by the time we arrived the rate had dropped, yet we were still given the worst room in the hotel.

The only source of natural light was a skylight, which made it impossible to sleep past early morning. There were dark stains on the carpet in front of the bed, and the bed sheets had visible dirt and marks on them.

Housekeeping was equally disappointing. On the second day we put out the cleaning sign at 9 AM. We returned at 5 PM to find the room untouched. Someone finally came around 6 PM and did a rushed, minimal clean.

We explicitly asked the staff to inform the manager that we wanted to speak with someone. We were told we would be contacted — and never heard back. No follow-up, no apology, nothing. This complete lack of accountability was the most frustrating part of the stay.

Gute Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr modern und sauber. Sehr gute Lage mit Restaurants und Geschäften in der Nähe. Strassenbahn direkt um die Ecke. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage.

Alles sauber, ruhig und freundlich, nette Umgebung mit vielen Geschäften, und ein paar Straßenbahnstationen vom Zentrum

Harika
Pros:

Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Gündüz çalışan resepsiyon görevlileri çok ilgili davrandılar. Valizlerimizi check out dan sonra otelde bırakabildik. Tramvay durağı 1 dakika uzakta, ve tramvayla old town’a 15-20 dakika da kolay bir şekilde ulaşılabiliyor. Otel temizdi. Teşekkür ederim.
