Pros:

Great location and good bed. Shower leaked, carpet and upholstery worn and not clean, needs new kitchen chairs. Maid came into our room without knocking when she thought we were out, the afternoon before we left. Very upsetting, our belongings were all over and it was obvious we were still occupying the unit. We were napping and she woke us, she was taking out our trash and changing our towels. Very inappropriate!

ロケーションは最高でした。予約前に見た口コミで入り口ドアやお部屋の開け方について大変わかりやすいコメントがあり助かりました。ただ古い情報だったのか、木曜の夜からはホテル下のディスコの騒音が激しく安眠できないとあったため大変心配していましたが、2026.5現在は騒音は全くありませんでした。ディスコは移転したのだと思います。

Make sure your room is not located above SASS music club when they are open.

Karlplatz itself is a great central location.

Cons:

Room was directly above SASS Music Club that plays house music thumpingly loud from 11pm until mid am. Patrons assemble on the pavement below room window, which is not sound proof.

Die Apartments sind auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen 👍
Pros:

Lage ist einfach top 👍
Zu Fuß in paar Minuten erreicht man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. U-Bahn Station direkt um die Ecke 👍

Cons:

Direkt um die Ecke ist eine Kneipe. Die Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag war sehr laut, draußen vor der Tür standen viele betrunkene Menschen.

Good apartment but needs carpet update and storage space in bedroom
Pros:

The location was great for central Vienna and museums. Bathroom was large and bedroom was a good size

Cons:

Carpet was dirty throughout. No wardrobe in the bedroom, limited hanging space and drawer. Noise from the next door nightclub went on until 6am!

No aircon. Beware of the night club directly under your room.
Pros:

The Appartement was in a convenient location and had a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom

Cons:

There is no mention of the night club downstairs. There was thumping music that kept us up at 3am, even with earplugs you can’t block out the constant thumping bass.

There were also loud, drunken patrons taking loudly in the middle of the night directly below our window. It is a popular smoking spot.

The foyer stinks of cigarette smoke - again from the night club.

It is falsely advertised as having air conditioning. There is a unit on the wall but we weren’t allowed to use it, not even the fan. They claim that it is switched off in the entire building for half of the year. I find this extremely hard to believe considering that the aircon units are individual split systems on the hotel wall. Regardless, the description of the room is false. Customer service tried to argue about the weather. Your individual opinion about the weather is irrelevant.

I was feeling unwell. I had the choice between being uncomfortably hot with zero fresh air or ventilation, or opening the window and putting up with the extremely loud chattering of drunk people and extremely loud thumping music.

Even though the weather was cool outside the apartment was uncomfortably hot.

We have been told we would receive a partial refund. I get “we will get back to you within 24 hours” messages from booking.com and then they go silent. I won’t use booking.com again if this issue isn’t resolved.
