Convenient and centrally located.
Pros:

Conveniently located. Main bed was comfortable. Good bathroom and convenient hallway for suitcases, shoes etc. Lift enabled us to get luggage to the flat.

Cons:

A little dark (lack of windows with view). No aircon (fans were supplied). No dining table.

Advertised photos are not current. Great location but not clean
Pros:

Location is great, unbeatable! The apartment is nice itself but needs maintenance and the advertised images are nothing like what it looks like now.

Cons:

The place was very dirty. The carpeting was filthy, the microwave full of crumbs and smell of food. The coffee machine had a pod left inside.
I contacted the host regarding this and they sent someone to clean on the day although they only cleaned one spot of the carpet, not the whole apartment.
The bed was extremely soft and and sunk to the sides. The pillows were soft as well and quite old.

Mit Hausschuhen und Ohrstöpseln tolles Apartment in sehr zentraler Lage
Pros:

Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers waren gut. Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team war immer freundlich und schnell.

Cons:

Wie schon öfter von anderen Gästen beschrieben, sind die Teppiche extrem fleckig. Es ist sonst im Allgemeinen sauber, deshalb ist es schade, dass Besucher so mit der Unterkunft umgehen, dass man das nicht mehr retten kann. Aber tatsächlich sollte darüber nachgedacht werden die Teppiche gänzlich zu entfernen wenn man die Reinigung nicht mehr bewerkstelligen kann.
Zudem war die Lautstärke des Nachtclubs, der direkt darunter ist leider auch mit schallisolierten Wänden nicht zu überhören. Ohne Ohrstöpsel geht es nicht.

The owner did not give much consideration of the comfort of guests due to the music club.
Cons:

This place is next to a music club that plays disco from midnight to 6 am. We booked two rooms: one without AC and it was hard to sleep at night due to hot weather and we could not open window due to laud music.

Top gelegenes Appartement mit gewissen Komforteinschränkungen, aber viel mehr Vorteilen
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt zur Erkundung der Innenstadt und der südlich angrenzenden Bezirke, insbesondere für den Besuch der Staatsoper. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Interaktion mit den Vermietern war rundum professionell und erfreulich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, ich habe nichts vermisst.

Cons:

Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung und direkt über einem Techno-Club. Aus beiden ergibt sich natürlich ein merklicher Geräuschpegel. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist nicht möglich, und Ohrstöpsel sind auch auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Beides weiß man als Reisender jedoch vorher, wenn man hier auf der Seite die Infos liest, und es wird für mich durch die Lage und den angemessenen Preis aufgewogen. Zur Sauberkeit ist zu sagen, dass der Teppichboden tatsächlich einige Flecken hat - dies ist jedoch ein rein optisches und kein hygienisches Thema, die Wohnung ist rundum hervorragend gereinigt, das Housekeeping Team macht einen hervorragenden Job.

地点非常的方便，靠近所有的城中心景点，购物街，打卡美食，楼下就有一间蛮好吃的中餐

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location
Pros:

Modern and in a great location next to the metro… 10 minutes walk one way to the Naschmarkt and 10mins the other direction to the centre and St Stephen’s Cathedral.

Cons:

The main living room is big so in high temps the air con struggled in that room… it was great in one bedroom but there wasn’t any in the second.

Dejlig beliggenhed og 2 separate soveværelser. Der er fint med udstyr og der var rent og pænt. Det var let at tjekke ud og ind og let at komme i kontakt med personalet.

Cons:

Det er kun småting, men der var på et tidspunkt en meget højtråbende og oprevet ( nok påvirket) mand i opgangen udenfor. Døren ud til gaden var ofte åben så der kan komme folk ind i opgangen i løbet af dagen. Det kan føles lidt klaustrofobisk at være så højt oppe med kun en nedgang/ vej ud. Puder og dyner er ikke luksus, men sengen er ok.
