WC Deckel defekt. Nur eine Rolle WC Papier für 3Nächte. HDI Kabel nicht vorhanden- Gemeldet an Support Team- zwar rasche Rückmeldung aber bis zu meiner Abreise nicht erledigt.

Koupelna smrděla tak moc, že smrad byl v celém ubytování. Dále netěsnila sprcha takze po vysprchováni jsem musel pul hodiny ždímat vodu z podlahy kolik ji tam bylo. Nedalo se pořádně spat, hluk aut je neskutečný. Naprosté selhání

για αρχή η τοποθεσία του. Είναι ακριβώς μπροστά από κεντρικό δρόμο ακούγοντας τααα πάντα. δεύτερον ήταν όλα βρώμικα. με το που μπαίνεις στο μπάνιο μυρίζει άθλια όπως και οι υποτίθεται πλυμένες πετσέτες. πήγαμε να σκουπιστούμε και μύριζαν άθλια . Να σχολιαστεί πως το πάτωμα ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο με τρίχες , σπόροι από ρόδι πεταμένοι και άλλα σκουπίδια . Το ένα από τα 2 ποτήρια ήταν εξίσου βρώμικα. Δε περίμενα τέτοια απογοήτευση αλλιώς φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες…

I complaint for two full days for a full amount of 5 hour conversation with the property and booking. Com and 7 emails (4 of which unanswered). The property does not have any fire extinguisher in the -1 floor so it is unsafe for the lack of windows and against the law. It is not a suite. It is a proper scam.

Very small without basic equipment like full body towel

Der Lärm der Strasse gleich daneben und der lärm eines anderen geräts ev eine entlüftung … für eine Nacht ok doch länger würde ich das nicht empfehlen außer es wäre billiger…

Müllraum fehlt um Müll zu entsorgen

Il bagno non ha la finestra e la ventola non fa una grande differenza, quindi data la grandezza dell’appartamento l’umidità é alle stelle, il lavandino é così piccolo che l’acqua cade direttamente a terra e le tubature puzzano di fogna.
L’appartamento dà sulla strada e l’unica finestra é una minuscola vasistas.
Prima del nostro arrivo lo staff mi aveva assicurato che ci fosse un phon nell’appartamento, cosa che non è risultata veritiera e nonostante mi abbiano detto che ci sarebbe stato recapitato non è mai arrivato.
Le porte degli appartamenti sono poco resistenti e si sente tutto tra una struttura e l’altra. La tranquillità delle notti dipende dagli ospiti con cui capitate e noi non siamo stati molto fortunati, i nostri vicini hanno passato una notte a litigare violentemente e hanno preso ripetutamente a pugni non solo la porta principale, ma anche la nostra, danneggiandola e tenendoci svegli tutta la notte.
La pulizia dell’appartamento, comprese le lenzuola e il pavimento lasciano un po’ a desiderare.

When we arrived the room was dirty and even the door was unlocked already. After we complained they told us they will send a cleaning team to us at the same day or even in the next morning??. We checked in at 4 pm and the room was clean at 8 pm. Just dont ignore the reviews as we did because it was awful

Unter dem bett massen an staub im bad schimmel ein fernseher war angegebn man konnte aber nicht fernsehen und die handtücher waren dreckig. Und auf den fotos sollte man nur das zeigen was man bekommt und nicht ein 2 stöckiges loft zeigen und dann ein 2 mann zimmer bekommen

the property is much smaller it is definitely not 30 m the coffee machine doesn’t have coffee capsules so if u want u would have to buy the parking is not form the property it is just public parking lot that u have to buy and u would have to look for the spot around the building or on the other streets and it is also very expensive u basically have to pay the same amount as one day stay in this hotel for parking if u are by car . when we booked the hotel we were sure that the parking spot is for free because in different cities it is like that the property shouldn’t say that they have parking lot in the facility’s if they actually not because public parking lot is everywhere
