Great Location, Spacious Rooms
Pros:

Beautiful and spacious room with plenty of space to comfortably store luggage. The apartment offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect location – within short walking distance to the old town, shopping streets, bars, and restaurants. Great option for both business and leisure travel.

Cons:

As a business traveller, I specifically confirmed that ironing facilities would be available. While an ironing board was provided in the room, there was no iron available, which was inconvenient.
The common-area coffee machine was a nice idea, however the milk in the machine was sour and curdled, and it appeared not to have been replaced for several days. I understand that there is no front-of-house staff onsite, but basic hygiene and maintenance checks should still be monitored by the cleaning staff.

Cons:

Leider war die Bedienung des Fernsehers nicht wirklich möglich eine Erklärung wäre gut gewesen, man konnte nur sat 1 anschauen, Sofa für die dritte Person wsr sehr durchgelesen, Steckdose hat nicht funktioniert, bei drei Leuten die Handys laden schwierig. Zahlenpad zum Öffnen hat nie funktioniert, obwohl jemand zur Reparatur da war.

Gute Lage für ein, zwei Tage
Pros:

Die Lage. Es war schön ruhig nach hinten raus. Gute Dusche und bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Das Sofabett war sehr unbequem. Um das Sofa rum war es schmutzig.
Ein Geschirrhandtuch wäre gut gewesen
Keine Lüftung im Bad.
