Cons:

Floors could use a good cleaning. The concrete parking dividers were an obstacle when entering/exiting vehicles. When someone is walking around upstairs, it’s very loud. It sounds like they are stomping around.

the guy owned it wasn’t helpful at all. I called about something into anything.

It had no washer and dryer in the condo like it said on line !! You had to use quarters for the washer and dryer downstairs and accept that place!!!

It was a great stat for my children and family for Spring Break. Location was perfect!
Pros:

John was so friendly and was able to help get power back to the TV! Great job John in building 6!!
