Cons:

The facilities are extremely outdated and many of the amenities listed are just bare minimum to have it ticked off.
There are probably tons of other places nearby, where the conditions are so much better. Unfortunately the owners of this place have just given up and try to squeeze maximum of what's left. It was probably a great place like 10-15 years ago, but no improvements has been done since.
