Pros:

Viajamos em casal em junho, época com muito calor. Éramos os únicos hospedes, nos sentimos bem acolhidos, tudo muito silencioso e a piscina ajudou muito a refrescar. Os quartos são amplos, limpos e novos,. O local é muito próximo do centro da cidade. Excelente custo benefício.

Fantastic value for a lovely stay
Pros:

We booked the smallest room and still had a fabulous stay. Everything was clean and cleverly planned to self cater in a relatively small space. We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen, had a lovely welcome and really enjoyed our stay, which was amazing value.

Pros:

Tudo excelente! O alojamento fica no centro, perto de tudo, mas é muito calmo. As casinhas são maravilhosas, com todas as comodidades, e a zona das churrasqueiras e da piscina é muito agradável. Tem também facilidade de estacionamento. Um agradecimento especial à Sra. Belmira, que nos recebeu muito bem, e pela simpatia de todos os que nos cruzámos. A regressar com toda a certeza!

Gostei de tudo, no centro da cidade, sossego, muito funcional e a piscina em frente á porta do alojamento. Anfitrião muito prestável nas solicitações e simpatia. Recomendo.

We had to leave after one uncomfortable night...and were charged for two...

Before we showed up, I was anticipating a spartan, economical stay, given the high reviews of other. Boy was I wrong!! See below:

Cons:

The manager texted us to see when we would be arriving and we texted back, but something was lost in translation. So we called and the lady spoke only Portuguese and French but no English, none. Surprising for someone in the travel business. Somehow we managed to say we were coming early to drop off some luggage at 14;30 but she didn't show up. So her neighbor called her and she came and gave us the keys and the remote for the gate, but no time left to unload anything. We came back after a local wine tasting and unloaded the car, which did not fit into her driveway, was made more difficult due to little available parking on the street and a motorized gate that kept closing. We finally schlepped our bags in and looked for a place nearby to eat. We found a little bar open down the street with a menu, so that worked nicely. The room was a small box, looking at the pool (can see window in photo), but the window shade rolled up and let anyone in the pool gaze into our room. The rest was all little or large annoyances, like a rock-hard bed and stiff pillows; sealed metallic pouches of shower gel and shampoo, a tiny shower, etc. My partner woke up and said she wanted to go home early, so we texted the lady and she told us where to leave the key and remote. She told us that most people found the bed comfortable and would not refund our paid fee for the second night. This was by far, our worst experience we've had at a stay in Portugal. We have lived here for two and a half years and often go on road trips, but this was the worst experience yet.

O apartamento tem todas as condições para uma estadia confortável.
