Pros:

The location is excellent, and the apartment is great. It is very quiet. Everything you need is there—dishes, a coffee machine, outdoor furniture...

Cons:

We stayed for 5 nights, but the towels were never changed. The uncleaned balcony partition spoils the view of the lake. Having only one key card is also a bit inconvenient. Breakfast lacks variety.

Cons:

The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

However, there is one major issue that significantly affects the overall guest experience: the check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

In my experience, this is highly unusual. Most hotels around the world offer check-out at 11:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m., giving guests enough time to enjoy a relaxed morning and prepare for departure.

A 10:00 a.m. check-out feels unnecessarily early and creates unnecessary stress for guests. It gives the impression that guest comfort is not being given the priority it deserves.

I sincerely hope the hotel will reconsider this policy in the future, because with a later check-out time, the overall experience would be excellent.

Pros:

Vraciame sa sem opakovane, niekoľkokrát do roka, vždy keď ideme na "turistický víkend", a musím povedať, že Aplend je super, čistota, priestranné izby, kvalitný matrac, krásne výhľady...nemám im čo vytknúť. Raňajky chutné, výber menší, ale je tam z každého rožka troška, takže si určite vyberie každý.

Bardzo przestronne pomieszczenia, wygodne łóżko, windy, parking, świetna lokalizacja, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka.

Cons:

Brak rozkładanej suszarki do ubrań. Pewny minus to sąsiedztwo z boiskiem ogólnodostępnym, gdzie wieczorami przychodziły osoby grające w koszykówkę i włączały głośno muzykę. Jak się chciało odpocząć po wędrówce w górach, to było trochę męczące.

Pros:

Ubytovanie bolo nove čisté veľká izba všetko bolo super až na postele, mali tak extrémne mäkké matrace, ze sme radšej spali na gauči.

Cons:

Rozhodne nebolo komfortné chodiť na raňajky do druhého hotela ale dalo sa to zvládnuť, ale určite by sme ocenili čistý riad pri raňajkách. Personál bol neutrálny nemáme co vytknúť ale ani vyzdvihnúť. Wellnes bol v pohode aj ked fínska sauna by zniesla viac stupnov a vírivka menej.

דירה מקסימה, מיקום מעולה (לנו היתה בעעית מיים חמים ואינטרנט)

דירה מקסימה ונוחה, נוף יפה ומרחק הליכה למסלולים נהדרים בטבע.

Cons:

התברברנו כחצי שעה עד שמצאנו (במפות של גוגל) אין שילוט מספיק וצריך לעשות את הצאק אין במלון אחר סמוך.
היתה בעיה נקודתית במערכת חימום מיים - שורה תחתונה - היינו 3 ימים עם מיים פושרים שהיה מאוד מבאס.
כמו כן כל 3 הימים לא היה לנו אינטרנט בחדר - אם מישהוא רוצה לעבוד - זו בעיה רצינית. התלוננו על כך אבל הם לא הצליחו לסדר.
