تجرّبه لن أكررها لان الصور تختلف عن الواقع و التعامل سيئ ولا يوجد تجاوب

الصور تختلف عن الطبيعه اقل من عادي وقديمه

Cons:

الفرن عطلان وتم التواصل معهم ولا يوجد اي تجاوب وتم رمي جميع الاكل الذي تم شراءه وتم طلب شقه أخرى ولم يتم التجاوب
أسره النوم مغطاه بشرشف خفيف لا يوجد لحاف والإضاءات قليله

Highlights about the staffs attitude
Pros:

Nothing. Even the worst

Cons:

Staff was so rude. There’s a noisy sound right after checked-in, so I asked them to solve this. It took one hour and nothing solved, so one of staffs told us can’t change the room cause it’s full booking otherwise can’t be refund as well. I was seriously wasting my time and temper of the attitude.

Afterwards, the plumber arrived for about after 20 mins, but he couldn’t fix it. Even none of the staff were there, so I use my phone flashlight to light up for him.

So I went to the staffs, asked to assist him.
Asian staff said he can fix it. but that was even non-sense.

After then, the other italian staff, she attend to the room to assist the plumber. She said refund or change the room both are okay, but they have to clean the room if the room should be changed perhaps it’s not their duty.

She highlighted it’s not their duty, I already asked we stay only one night and the problem happens, so didn’t wanna waste our time, She disappeared in front of us while we were having the argument.

I followed the disappeared staff and she eventually changed the room.

Waste energy, time everything.

Cons:

The only comment in this section is the bedroom location on the main street, which at night sounds noisy. Proper, or more noise-eliminating windows, would solve this problem. For example, the room that was placed in the backyard was perfect. But, overall, both rooms and the facility itself were a nice option.

Pros:

Clean and big apartment for a very decent price. The room was bigger than I expected, clean and with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also modern even if it wasn't that big.
