Bene Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

Struttura Posizionata a un centinaio di metri dalla linea 1 della Metro. Struttura pulita e situata sopra al bar dove poter far colazione

Cons:

Poteva esserci Almeno una bottiglietta di acqua in struttura .
Il Blocco doccia da sostituire visto che era rovinato

Essenziale ma spazioso
Pros:

La stanza è semplice ma ampia, pulita e dotata di una piccola cucina.
Posizione: 5/10 minuti dalla metro a piedi.
Vicino ci sono piccoli negozi e un Penny.

Cons:

Molto semplice e poco attrezzata, nessun kit di benvenuto. La porta della nostra camera era di fianco alla porta del bar, che veniva sempre tenuta aperta. Quindi, durante il giorno, quando si apriva la porta per uscire, il passaggio era sempre bloccato da essa e bisognava chiuderla per passare, il che non è proprio carino. Di notte c'era un rumore che sembrava una caldaia, abbastanza forte da rendere difficile l'addormentamento a chi già fa un po' di fatica a prendere sonno.

Pros:

Posizione non male.
Locali in ordine e tutto nelle norme.
Cucina attrezzata.
Comodo anche per i negozi nel circondario.
Pizzeria di fronte all'entrata.
Non estremamente silenzioso di giorno ma si tratta di una location comunque nel cuore di Pero.
Tutto ok...👍

Cons:

1)Doccia non estremamente calda.

2)Un suono spesso fastidioso di giorno che purtroppo ci ha svegliati anche nella notte in un paio di occasioni. Come un allarme o un clacson.
Presumo un tubo dell'acqua con dell'aria presente e questo potrebbe generare un rumore persistente.
È l'unica pecca.

Pros:

Ho apprezzato la dimensione dell’appartamento, la vicinanza alla metro che rende molto comodi gli spostamenti e la gentilezza del signore che ci ha aiutato con le valigie. La proprietaria si è inoltre dimostrata disponibile, procurandomi un altro asciugacapelli, sostituendo un asciugamano macchiato e cercando di venire incontro anche alla richiesta di una nuova pulizia del pavimento della camera, sebbene purtroppo il risultato non sia stato quello sperato.

Cons:

La pulizia. Mi dispiace dover lasciare questa osservazione, ma il punteggio trovato al momento della prenotazione (7,8) non ha rispecchiato, almeno nella mia esperienza, lo standard di pulizia che mi aspettavo da un appartamento. Ho riscontrato presenza di polvere e alcune ragnatele, oltre a un asciugamano molto macchiato che ho chiesto gentilmente di sostituire e che, a mio avviso, andrebbe probabilmente eliminato. Anche sotto il letto erano presenti macchie e segni che facevano pensare a una pulizia non approfondita nelle zone meno visibili.

Avevo inoltre richiesto un ulteriore intervento di pulizia, ma purtroppo ho notato pochi miglioramenti. Trattandosi di un appartamento, mi sarei aspettata anche la presenza dell’essenziale per la cucina e la pulizia quotidiana, come detersivo, carta assorbente e qualche strofinaccio, che invece mancavano del tutto.

Mi spiace lasciare questa recensione perché la proprietaria si è mostrata molto gentile e disponibile; probabilmente abbiamo semplicemente standard ed esigenze diverse riguardo alla pulizia.

Good location, not for light sleepers.
Pros:

Location was good, relatively close to the Fiera Milano (20min walk). Check-in was uncomplicated and the room was large and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Also close to the metro, so quick connection to the centre of Milan.

Cons:

Unfortunately the beds were incredibly hard. The acoustic insulation to the street is also not the best, so the noise was quite disturbing during the night and early morning (even if the windows are closed, the kitchen vent opens directly to the street, which means there is no possibility to control noise intake). Wi-fi in our room was unfortunately unusable (poor connection).

Pros:

Struttura completa, alloggiato al p.t,, arredamento
interno nuovo, completo di angolo cottura. Buona la pulizia, per chi non vuole perdere tempo la struttura è accanto al bar. Vicino stazione metro, comoda per andare in Milano.

Cons:

Il silicone sigillante il box doccia andrebbe sostituito visto che in alcuni punti si è annerito.
