Pros:

Very beautiful residence with attention to detail, well kept, and clean. The pool area is fantastic, both pool, the surrounding area, and the greenest view. On top, we were extremely lucky to have a Sunday morning alone!

Cons:

There’s no toilet or changing room at the pool area, it becomes challenging if you’re booking only 1 night (weekend trip) and you need to checkout at 10am. We were allowed to stay until 12pm at the pool though.

Pros:

A truly beautiful and atmospheric place, with lovely aesthetics and amazing grounds - large pool, garden and overall setting make it feel like a real Italian holiday destination. Rooms also super cozy, stylish and very clean.

You do need a car to reach the lake or nearby towns, but that is also part of what makes the place so peaceful and relaxing. It is located right in the village, with local coffee and dining spots just a few steps away, and a very well-stocked grocery store only a few metres from the villa.

We had a wonderful stay and would come back anytime!

Pros:

Bella struttura immersa nel verde, posizione comoda per visitare Salò e dintorni. Piscina bella anche se troppo affollata, gli appartamenti della struttura sono molti, e quindi godersi la piscina è a volte difficile, soprattutto quando piena di bambini e senza regole particolari da rispettare (es: non c'è nemmeno un cartello che vieti i tuffi).
bella la possibilità di poter usare i tavoli in giardino per pranzare e fare dei barbecue.
comodo il supermercato di fronte alla struttura

Cons:

-La gestione del soggiorno è stata veramente pessima. Avevamo il check-in dalle 15 in poi, alle 14.30 ci scrivono via messaggio che il check-in sarà possibile solo dalle 16:15 in poi. Arriviamo in struttura verso le 16 e abbiamo dovuto attendere fino alle 16:45 nel parcheggio che arrivasse qualcuno a farci entrare nell'appartamento.
-Non era presente nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua, solo una bottiglia di spumante. Ci hanno anche detto che era sconsigliabile bere l'acqua del rubinetto.
-L'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore, quindi da considerare se si hanno difficoltà
-La cosa più grave a mio parere è la gestione della cauzione: qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo ci hanno chiesto di pagare 200€ tramite un link esterno, dicendo che poi i soldi sarebbero stati restituiti alla fine del soggiorno, dopo aver verificato che l'appartamento fosse ok. abbiamo fatto il check out il 2 giugno, e i soldi mi sono stati riaccreditati solo oggi, 15 giugno, dopo mille solleciti da parte mia alla società "Garda Reservations". Inaccettabile questa speculazione sulle cauzioni.

Wir waren positiv überrascht dieses wunderschöne kleine Appartement -Hotel war wunderschön wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal immer freundlich und die Zimmer hübsch eingerichtet.Es gibt eine Tiefgarage für die Gäste und alles innen wie außen im Hotel sauber und gepflegt.👍Top wir kommen gerne wieder . Das Hotel sieht in original viel besser aus als auf den Fotos.

Cons:

Das einzige was ein bisschen gefehlt hat war ein Backofen aber ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros:

Struttura molto pulita, spazi ben distribuiti e una piscina incorniciata da un giardino verdissimo molto curato. Atmosfera accogliente e familiare.

Cons:

Manca un cabinotto/servizio igienico in piscina per chi, dopo aver fatto il check in, non ha ancora la camera disponibile e ha la necessità di cambiarsi e/o usufruire di un bagno dopo il viaggio.
Inoltre, non essendoci una reception, ci si può rivolgere all’assistente via whatsapp, ma le risposte sono notevolmente differite

Leider verlief die Kommunikation zum Büro des Anbieters nicht sehr professionell. Die Informationen zum Check-In bekamen wir Remote. Leider fehlte in der Box der Schlüssel für den Eingang ohne Auto. Das wurde während der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes nicht bereinigt.
Am vorletzten Tag wurde morgens angekündigt, dass mittags ein Handwerker zwecks Kontrolle in die Wohnung müsse. Wir waren zu dem Zeitpunkt bereits unterwegs. Auf unseren Widerspruch haben wir keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
