CONSIGLIATO PER LA COMODITÀ
Pros:

Posizione comoda per la spiaggia. Come esci dal cancello, sei arrivato in spiaggia in pratica.
Per il piccolo centro e i vari servizi, 5 minuti a piedi passando per il sottopassaggio.
Appartamento dotato di tutti i servizi.

Cons:

Nulla. Era tutto perfetto.

Schönes Penthaus mit zeitgemäßen einrichtung und guter Küchen Ausstattung. Schöner U vormiger Balkon mit eingeschränkten (Bäume in Sichtfeld) Blick auf Meer.
Nur 30 Meter bis zum Strand.

Cons:

In der Küchen zum Wohnzimmer Bereiche, schränkt ein Dach Balken (Schräge ) den Durchgang ein.

Tolle Lage etwas außerhalb von Pineto. Nur 80m zum Strand. Großzügiges Appartement. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Aufzug bis in den 2. Stock, dann nur noch ein Stockwerk zu Fuß.
