Zuerst 1,5 Stunden warten da niemand zu erreichen war! Klimaanlage hat nicht gut gekühlt, dafür konnte man die Dusche nicht auf kaltes Wasser stellen! Kein Personal vorhanden.Parkplatz 30 Euro pro Tag.zu wenig WC Papier vorhanden ! Preis Leistung ist sehr hoch für diese Leistung !

The air con was not working. Contacted the host Julia who said to turn the stand alone unit off and use the main one and she would send a tech. 36 degrees outside and hotter inside. Had to stand in the hallway to cool down a bit waiting for the tech (2 hours). Told Julia as much as we liked the apartment if it couldn’t be fixed, we couldn’t stay. Tech turned up, fixed the previously taped together hoses for the stand alone floor unit, and advised us the main one doesn’t work. We already found this out after holding a receipt against it, which didn’t move a millimetre. Although the unit started blowing cooler (not cold) air it now sounded like a tractor and was at the end of our bed. There was no way we were going to be able to sleep through that for 3 nights. We messaged Julia with the comments from the tech and a video of the noise emitting from the unit and advised her we had found other accommodation and showed her a pic of where we left the key. The accommodation was booked through booking.com. We sent them all texts, videos etc and requested a refund. Julia would not agree to returning the money paid. Booking refunded us 63€ which I suggest was their cut. While Julia was responsive she did not solve the issue. Keeping our money was not cool parties I went back over reviews and there were so many that referenced the air con issues. They were historic. I should’ve read the reviews more thoroughly when I booked. This mistake costs $750NZD new accomodation. Julia messaged back suggesting somewhere else to stay but we had already found somewhere. The unit is clean and basic but more rundown than the photos online. There are 100 stairs to carry cars up, but we were aware of this at the time of booking.

It was extremely hot in the city but the air-conditioning wasn't working effectively which made it unbearable when inside. I do not remember that the apartment was four floors up with no lift. Because of the heat we couldn't get cold showers because the temperature didn't adjust. The bed was uncomfortable.

Nuestra estancia fue un auténtico desastre. Nos dijeron que el apartamento estaba en un tercer piso, y aunque técnicamente es cierto, hay que subir 100 escalones (los contamos) para llegar, una cantidad totalmente desproporcionada.

Lo peor fue el aire acondicionado: el sistema central no funcionaba y las rejillas solo desprendían calor. La única alternativa era un aparato portátil que, además de calentar aún más la habitación, tenía los tubos sueltos y con fugas. Se salían constantemente y cada dos por tres el suelo se inundaba con agua del propio aire acondicionado, obligándonos a buscar al personal de mantenimiento. Lo más frustrante fue que nos aseguraron en numerosas ocasiones que el problema ya estaba solucionado, cuando era completamente falso, y la encargada nunca nos dio una solución real.

Al estar tan arriba, el techo irradiaba muchísimo calor, haciendo imposible descansar. Para rematar, la cama era muy incómoda para dos personas. Una experiencia pésima de principio a fin. No lo recomendaría a nadie.

The water should have more pressure for the bath and more colder and it only came warm, hot or really hot.
