Buon compromesso!
Pros:

Abbiamo festeggiato qui la Pasqua ma conosciamo questa struttura da un po’ di anni e ci torniamo regolarmente quando vogliamo stare nella zona Melendugno - Otranto. Ci siamo sempre trovate benissimo e anche il nostto cagnolino è sempre stato ben accolto.

Tutto bene, unico neo penuria di accessori: un asciugamano da cucina e qualche appendino da porta sarebbero utili.

Un'ottima scoperta: accoglienza e comodità a Melendugno
Abbiamo soggiornato al Residence Borgo & Mare e l'esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. Gli alloggi sono davvero accoglienti, puliti e completi di ogni comfort. La vera svolta è stata la posizione: Melendugno non è solo un borgo caratteristico e piacevole da scoprire, ma è anche una base strategica invidiabile. Da qui si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge più belle del litorale e città d'arte imperdibili come Lecce e Brindisi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Pros:

Preço acessível comparado a outras opções. Zona calma e com supermercado ao lado do alojamento.

Cons:

Limitado em utensílios para cozinhar. O ar condicionado era antigo e sujo, pelo que não o utilizámos. Dormimos de janela aberta por causa do calor, mas como os estores eram abertos em cima entravam mosquitos no alojamento.

Relax a Melendugno
Pros:

La casa è confortevole e accogliente.
Si trova in un punto strategico per visitare le meravigliose spiagge del Salento... inoltre accanto all' abitazione si trova il Conad e pochi passi più avanti un'ottima pasticceria dove poter assaggiare dei fantastici pasticciotti.

Cons:

Ci è dispiaciuto non poter incontrare personalmente chi ci ha ospitato... abbiamo ritirato direttamente le chiavi dell' abitazione depositati in una cassetta all' ingresso.
In casa non abbiamo trovato neanche una bottiglia d'acqua o del caffè.
Peccato perché il soggiorno diventa più bello se il cliente si sente coccolato.

We would for sure choose this apartment again if we were traveling again in this part of Italy.
Pros:

Precise instructions from the owner regarding finding and entering the apartment. The overall comunication was excellent, the owner is available at any time via Whatsup. The apartment was as described on the Booking.com

Cons:

Nothing that we didn't like. The bathroom door couldn't be opened all the way, the owner should fix this.
Garage is a tight space, need to be very carefull when parking, otherwise the street parking is free, there are enough space around, but for convinience and a peace of mind we parked our rented car in the garage.

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Struttura molto vicina al centro di Melendugno (5 min a piedi) e poco distante dal mare (10 min di auto) .. dotata di ogni comfort e con il supermercato Conad accanto dove fare panini e frutta prima di andare a mare o partire per le escursioni.. un’ottima alternativa al soggiorno vicino al mare
