Pros:

Nuestro alojamiento era muy grande y la verdad bastante cómodo. Dispone de lo necesario para pequeñas comidas o apañarte con un desayuno. Es un lugar muy muy tranquilo y alejado de todo y todos. Tuvimos un problema con un calentador y nos lo solucionaron inmediatamente. Las vistas son preciosas y el entorno es fabuloso.

Cons:

Me dió la sensación de que le faltaba detalle o que desde hace mucho que nadie iba a ocupar ese apartamento:
- Nos dejaron insecticida y líquido para la ropa, ambos estaban vacíos.
- Uno de los jabones que dejaron en el baño estaba medio vacío, lo que me llevó a pensar que estaba usado.
- No había alfombrilla de baño
- La casa estaba helada, muy muy fría y nos costó muchísimo poder calentarla puesto que el aire acondicionado apunta hacia el salón y no se consigue que el calor pasé a la habitación, por lo que duermes helado.
- Los colchones necesitan una renovación y las camas una revisión porque suenan muchísimo.
- 1 de las mantas del armario estaba hecha una pelota, lo que también me llevó a pensar que se había usado y no se había lavado.
- Había polvo y telarañas por todas partes.
- Los mangos de las sartenes estaban flojos.
- Me quedé con el grifo de la cocina en la mano... Parece que no estaba bien enroscado.
- El entorno es precioso pero no está muy bien cuidado (al menos la zona donde se aloja la gente así lo parece), las macetas están rotas, había clavos y cosas en el suelo...
- No había bayeta pero si paños de cocina y estaban sucios, al igual que el mantel de la mesa, que se había usado y no se había lavado.
- Quise lavar ropa y el cajetín del jabón estaba MUY sucio.

En general, me dió la sensación de que se no había prestado atención a cómo recibe la gente el alojamiento.

Por otra parte, esto no es culpa del alojamiento y con una vista rápida a Maps te percatas, el acceso al alojamiento es MUY difícil, sobretodo con un coche grande. La gente baja y sube por esas mini calles como loca y sin mirar. Son calles de doble sentido en donde solo cabe un coche, fuimos en un Audi A5 y lo pasamos bastante mal y por la noche hay muchos animales por lo que hay que ir muy despacio y con cuatela, además de que las carreteras son bache sobre bache. El trayecto a Florencia puede rondar la hora y media fácilmente.

Freundliche Gastgeber. Wir konnten unser Gepäck schon um 12h am Anreisetag vorbei bringen. Reichhaltiges Frühstück konnte ebenfalls bestellt werden.

Apartment needs attention. No lampshades on lamps by bed, old, hard mattress, old, worn towels. Needs new lighting. Old cookware, place needs repainting.

Allermooiste plek in Toscane, met smaak ingericht en zeer verzorgd zowel buiten als binnen
Pros:

Wat een fantastisch appartement met zorg ingericht en super schoon. Het uitzicht is het allermooiste, weids en heel ontspannen. Het terrein wordt met zorg onderhouden en ziet er super uit. We hebben zelfs gezwommen in april. Er zijn fijne stoelen en stretchers aan het zwembad om van het uitzicht te kunnen genieten. De host heeft een kleine winkel met een aantal benodigdheden. Vanuit de accommodatie maakten wij dagtripjes naar Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano en Siena

Außer die sehr hellhörige Wohnung war der Urlaub sehr gut. Sehr gute Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr netter Vermieter.

Cons:

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Wir haben unten geschlafen. Wenn oben jemand wohnt, hört man jeden Schritt, jedes tun im Bad und Toilette, als wenn alles im selben Zimmer passiert. Das ist ein großes Manko!
