Great for the price - reasonable stay in central
Pros:

So nowadays Kyoto is expensive, but this accommodation is clean and very, very reasonable for being in a central location.

Room is nice and comfortable and facilities are pretty self-explanatory.

Cons:

Maybe their email procedure got messy and I had to remind them to provide me the entrance code. However they responded swiftly with clarity.

Be aware of the cleaning fee! I think not including cleaning fee, that is as high as nightly rate in the price is actually a scamming tactic and I am surprised booking allows that. Very easy to overlook during booking proces and I am sure I am not the only one who made this mistake. The fee made the room the most expensive stay in 2 weeks in Japan while being the least quality at the same time. Room clean, yes, but very basic, bathroom tiny. It's also ground floor so you look right into a wall. Location is not the best neither. It Would be ok stay for the price I thought I am booking for, but for the final price, that was almost double, I highly not recommend. Very disappointed.

Pros:

It felt like home when i entered the room. Everything was clean and organized, all explanation of all the utilities were both in Japanese and English, very useful. And the staffs left some candies and Sento recommendations which are beyond sweet, as well as Toji temple.

The bed was so comfy, it was hard to leave the bed (in a good way).

タオルに人の毛がついていて、顔を拭いた時に、その毛が口に入ってしまって不快でした。ベッドのシーツに人の髪の毛があって、不快でした。

Excellent, would recommend!
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable, everything was well kept & clean, check in was the easiest, staff was very responsive, strategic location near bus stations (3-5mins walking distance) and main train station (kyoto station) about 15mins walking distance.

Cons:

Overall, a lovely property with great amenities. One small downside: you can hear footsteps in the pantry area since the wood flooring echoes, but we rarely noticed it because there are only three rooms and people are often not around.

Pros:

Toji temple was right across the road. There were several bus stops near the Inn. Kyoto station was a 15-minute walk away. There was a shared kitchen/dining area which was perfect for our early breakfast. Our host, Tatsuya, is friendly as well.

Cons:

The room is small as we had expected.

Just 15 min walk from kyoto station otherwise best location..very clean and very gud staff always smilling and helpful.
They allow you to keep your bag even after u checkout for free..

Indian and nepali hotel is just 3 min walking distance.temple Toji shrine just visible from the
Room.. spacious better than any similar hotels we stayed in japan..

They have free coffee and kitchen outside..
Very calm place

Cons:

Just 15min walk from kyoto station around 1.1km.
No late checkout available.

各方面都很不错，地理位置很方便，离京都站很近。附近还有超级大AEON MALL，梅小路公园也是很不错的休闲路线！房间很干净，真的很干净，设施安排得很合理很用心。房东服务很好，而且还准备了小礼物🎁。下次来京都会再预定的。

Gerne wieder, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Alles war perfekt organisiert. Personal haben wir nicht gesehen, aber der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Per Code ging es in das Haus. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hatte sehr bequeme Betten. Eine Infomappe enthielt viele Informationen und der Gastgeber hatte uns sogar zwei Eintrittskarten für ein Sento (japanisches Badehaus) besorgt! Unbedingt ausprobieren! Die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen, sehr ursprünglich. Obwohl an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen, hatten wir im Zimmer wenig davon gehört.

Da fällt mir nichts ein.
