リーズナブルでどこに行くのも便利でした。
Pros:

普通にホテルの様に整ってました。心配したシーツやタオルも清潔な物でした。

Cons:

管理人がいる訳ではなくメッセージのやり取りだったので、駐車場を使いたい旨を伝えてもなかなか思う様に返事が来なく焦りました。駐車場ありとなってる表記と無しと書いてある表記の両方があり迷いました。
あと、階段が急でしたのでアルコール飲んだら転びそうです。

Pros:

クーラーも使えて、電子レンジも洗濯機（洗剤も）も冷蔵庫も使えました！布団も綺麗でハンガーも沢山常備されていて大満足でした。

2階だったので荷物を運ぶのが大変でしたがそれ以外は何不自由なく過ごせました。

I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. Everything shows that the guest is thought about.

Cons:

I think maybe an instruction manual should be pasted in the room for first time visitors. I did not know how to do things like ask for a refill of supplies.

些細な衛生面での配慮があればよかった。また､照明のリモコンが反応しなかったので利用者が来る前の確認お願いしたい。

部屋の鍵の取り出し方法に日本語表記が無くて 取り出せず 管理会社の方に来てもらった
宿泊初日テレビの線が切れていて見れなかった

国民的アイドルのツアーで利用しました。札幌近郊のホテル全滅で仕方なしでしたが泊まってみたらいいところもありました。
Pros:

すすきのまで徒歩圏内です。15分くらい歩けば居酒屋もジンギスカンもラーメンも食べれます。

Cons:

オーナーによると思いますが海外のb&bに泊まった感じ。日本のホテルを想定してはいけません。
枕がいけてなかったです。ぺっちゃんこなので2つ3つ重ねてみたりしました。
