Pros:

2人で1万2000円、 同じ価格帯でビジネスホテル だと こんなに広い部屋は取れなかったと思います。 建物の古さは感じますが、 部屋は リノベーションされて全く問題なし 。　相方はどう思ってるか分かりませんが、個人的には 再訪 ありです。
管理人さんは忙しそうで愛想はありませんでしたが、 仕事はやっている感じでした。

Cons:

サービスといった点では、近くのおすすめの食事処とか、情報提供 をもう少しやった方がいいのではないかと思いました。

離近鐵宇治山田站或JR伊勢站都只有300m (離近鐵伊勢市站稍遠一點)，離神宮外宮500m。廚房有電磁爐、微波爐、小烤箱、燒水壺、飯鍋、簡單廚具、洗碗精，真的可以煮! 雖然整體設備稍舊，但功能良好，還有洗衣機和晒衣架，就是一間週租公寓。附近超市有TRY mart.八間通店(稍小)，或搭近鐵到五十鈴川站有大間的AEON。

Cons:

房間是地毯，沒有煙味，但若白天出門時關了冷氣，回來時會覺得空氣不流通的。有空氣清淨機，但若鼻子非常容易過敏的人，可能需注意。冷氣機和浴室抽風機聲音稍大，但以這個價位來說，是非常好了! 夜間沒有管理員，出入要走(整天都不會上鎖的)逃生樓梯，房門只有一道密碼鎖，只能相信日本治安很好...

室内は期待以上に広く窓も大きく、ベッドや洗面所、お風呂の掃除も行き届いていて
清潔で居心地が良かった。

あと、到着して一服できるティパック、スティックコーヒーを用意して行くべきだった。

入住的時候下大雨，隔音沒有很好，睡覺會聽到雨聲，下雨約10-15度但室內溫暖。雖然設備不新，但都很乾淨，有帶廚房，冰箱，基本的廚具用品都有，用電子爐煮泡麵很方便。原本以為預約的停車位需要步行5-6分鐘，沒想到就在樓下，窗口看得到的地方。用電子鎖很方便，不用擔心忘了門卡。晚上去了手冊裡介紹的溫泉，從住所開車約7-8分鐘，費用一人800元便宜又很多樣溫泉湯，我們泡湯消除了疲勞。隔天早上去了手冊介紹的咖啡廳吃早餐，也滿不錯的。很感謝店主的用心~地點離伊勢神宮外宮走路約十分鐘。

駅近のウィークリーマンション
Pros:

駅近で繁華街と近くお店には困らないところ。後付けと思われるお風呂が意外に広くて洗ってからお湯を入れる必要がなかった。

Cons:

雑居ビルを改造してウィークリーマンションがにした感じです。１日だけでも賃貸契約が必要との説明を受けました。
部屋は広いのですが、何か独特のニオイがしました。ホテルをイメージすると、がっかりするかも知れない。
