Good place but small.
Pros:

It was not far from the station and 25 minute walk from Ikebukuro.

Cons:

The vent was noisy but not a problem with ear plugs.

location and the neighbourhood are great, good place to stay for the money
Pros:

The location is great, it is near the Ikebukuro station which is a great hub for the rest of the places you can visit. It is quiet but if you go a bit south (20-25 minutes) you are closer to a more active area.
The place had everything that I needed for the duration of the stay.

Cons:

The shower ceiling is not that high so some taller people might feel that it is cramped. I was also not able to sit up while in the bed at the top gallery.
Those are just the two things i might bring up for others but it did not bother me during the stay!
