Small but servicable. Good value and comfortable.
Pros:

It was a great apartment, close to the station and Haneda airport. It's an unmanned location and checking in and out was a breeze.

Cons:

It was a bit on the small side, we used this place as a final stop for going back home and sorting our suitcases. For the sorting part, i would've liked a bigger place as managing my suitcases and packing everything was a hassle with the limited space but it was still doable. Something i didn't expect was having to pay a deposit of 10.000¥, but that's something you get back entirely when you follow their rules which you should be doing anyway. I'd stay here again, albeit with less luggage.

Great, small spot
Pros:

The location was very close to the train station and lots of food possibilities. The facilities were clean, organized, and as advertised.

Cons:

My mark for staff was neutral because there was no staff involvement. I saw no one and everything was automated through mobile or hotel tablet. Automation was timely, however, and my mobile use was easy to navigate. Bathrooms were a little too small for my liking, but had everything essential.

リーズナブルで心地よかったです。
Pros:

駅に近いというロケーションの良さ、無人でチェックインできる気軽さが良かったです。
ある程度のキッチン用具が揃っていたので便利に過ごせました。

Cons:

デポジット制度がちょっと気に入りませんでした。
デポジットは分かりますがもう少し値段を安くしてもらった方が良かった。
あと、コンセントがテープルやベッドのそばに無かったのも残念な所でした。

O quarto era bem limpo. Tinha objetos para cozinhar e tudo estava bem arrumado.

O exaustor do banheiro não podia ser desligado (pois o vapor do chuveiro poderia ligar o alarme de incêndio).
