Had a very relaxing stay

コスパ良く便利でした。満足です。
Pros:

とにかく立地が良い。大井町駅から近く、周囲に飲食店や買い物スポットが沢山あり便利。繁華街から近いが騒がしくはなかった。

Cons:

表、裏どちらのエントランスとも階段がありバリアフリーではなく重い荷物を持った旅行者には不便。部屋に入った瞬間少しカビ臭さのような匂いを感じたが、空調を入れたら気にならなくなった。室内は広くはないが、価格見合いではないかと思う。

Súper bien para el precio!
Pros:

Buena ubicación y hacer el checkin y checkout fue muy sencillo. Los tachos de basura en cada piso fueron muy convenientes.

Cons:

Si bien mencionan que hay ascensor, hay escaleras para ingresar al lobby principal así que si vas con maletas pesadas puede ser incómodo. La calle donde se encuentra es bastante angosta por lo que los taxis no pueden esperar en la entrada sino en la esquina.
