It is a good stay for a reasonable price.
Pros:

The room was clean. The place is very close to okubo station and has a lot of food places just 5 mins walk away.

Cons:

The sheets were not changed even though we stayed for 4 days. No cleaning service either.

The check out time says until 11 am but they charged us 500 yen extra for every half hour after 10 am which means we ended up paying an extra 1000 yen in the hotel as we wanted to check out at 11 am.

No closet space to put your bags and suitcases. So if 2 people are travelling with one big suitcase each, it might get a little bit congested.

Great stay! Comfy, quiet, close to food and the station. Definitely recommend
Pros:

Great value for money! It had everything you need and the bed was super comfortable. It was in a very quiet street but close to the station and many food options.

Cons:

It was very small but worth the squishiness because everything else was great!

Good if you only plan a couple of nights stay
Pros:

Great location close to 2 train stations and a busy street but in a very quiet location. Very good value considering the location.

Cons:

Had the feel of a static caravan inside the room and there was a strong smell of drains in the bathroom. The most disappointing aspects were the thin walls and lack of wardrobe space. Other guests and the cleaners were clearly audible.

Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere ulaşım çok yakındı. (Okubo ve Shin okubo istasyonlarından Tokyo'nun her yerine rahatlıkla gidebiliyorsunuz. Yemek yeme mekanı oldukça fazlaydı. Yatak çok konforluydu. Japonya standartlarına göre ideal bir konaklama mekanıydı. Herşey için teşekkürler.

Nos encanto este departamento!
Pros:

Fue genial encontrar todos los amenities necesarios para una gran gran estadía en la ciudad. Todos los elementos que tienen son de excelente calidad. Es super cómodo. Nos encanto el barrio. Caminamos muchísimo y siempre sentimos que estábamos muy cerca de todo. Su plancha y secador de pelo es de las cosas que mas valoramos durante la estadia. Muy util el Lavarropas también!

Cons:

Todo estuvo perfecto. Volveríamos a alojarnos sin dudas

Ottima posizione, comoda per girare la città. Camera spaziosa.

Pochi servizi disponibili. Presente lavatrice ma non stendino (come invece indicato nella descrizione). Telecomando del condizionatore non sempre funzionante. Un solo asciugamano per ospite per tutto il soggiorno.
