Great property with awful bed
Pros:

Clean, spacious one room property - and quiet too

Cons:

The double bed in the main area (not the loft bed) was far below standard. Just two soft mattresses placed on top of one another on the floor. No bed base or legs. No bed head.
As a result, the bed was as soft and unstable as a marshmallow - no support when sitting on it or sleeping. As it takes up most of the room and there is no easy chair or sofa this was irritating.

Es un dpto, está muy bueno, Tiene un entrepiso que es para niños, nos sirvió bien. Tenés para lavar ropa, cocinar y es cómodo. Buen epacio

Es difícil ubicarlo, ir al rental de Toyota que está en la esquina y ahí te dice que es a 5 metros pero es difícil ubicarlo

Small and not that great, but very clean

Ich würde es nicht empfehlen, wenn man gut schlafen möchte.

Gute Lage

Cons:

Es handelt sich um kein Bett wie angegeben, sondern um zwei sehr sehr weiche gestapelte Matratzen. Der ausgebaute Boden ist nicht wirklich eine Schlafmöglichkeit (Höhe vielleicht 30/40cm) und man hat direkt die Sprinkleranlage im Gesicht. Wir haben daher sehr schlecht geschlafen und auch eine gesonderte Beschwerde bei booking vorgebracht, da die Verwaltung nur bedingt darauf reagiert hat. Es gibt 6 Kleiderbügel zum aufhängen der Kleidung. Nachdem wir mehrfach Kontakt aufgenommen haben mit der Verwaltung, haben wir weitere Bügel erhalten und auch eine Wäscheleine. Die Frage ist, warum das nicht zur Ausstattung gehört, wenn dort eine Waschmaschine ist. Es ist ja auch im Sinne des Vermieters, dass man die Wäsche draußen aufhängt, um hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum zu vermeiden. Die Straße ist zudem recht laut und der Ausblick - zumindest im dritten Stock - nicht vorhanden.

Preis-Leistung absolut erfüllt
Pros:

Große 1 Zimmerwohnung, Bett war sehr bequem. Waschmaschine auch vorhanden. Insgesamt sehr komfortabler Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Check-in etwas aufwendiger.
