Absolutely nothing
This host double booked our room and we didn’t find out until 4pm the day we were supposed to be checking in, leaving us stranded. He tried to blame booking.com saying they were the ones who double booked me and to “call them because it’s not my problem,” but when I called customer service (which took up two hours of my vacation), they said “No, we didn’t cancel your reservation. It still says confirmed on our end.” They tried calling him, and he never picked up. Booking.com ended up refunding our money because they couldn’t get ahold of the host to sort it out, but it left me and my three friends stranded without a hotel, as this particular weekend is a big one in Rosarito (a massive annual volleyball tournament goes on). We ended up having to stay in cramped quarters with some friends and pay double what we were supposed to with this accommodation. The host likely got a better offer for the weekend on another site and gave our room away without cancelling my booking in advance and at least giving me a chance to find another accommodation. I booked this in February for a last weekend of June trip, so 4.5 months in advance. He is the one who double booked us, not booking.com who saw no issues on their end. Would highly recommend booking elsewhere if you want to ensure you have a place to stay. Zero stars

Beautiful decor and cleanliness
I had a wonderful experience at Oceana del Mar. It was clean, safe, and very family friendly. My kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was 10 out of 10 especially Juan Carlos very friendly and the communication was nice and smooth. Property was very clean and had a beautiful view. Will come back in the future.
Limpieza, locación, servicio al cliente servicio del portero y sobre todo la vista nos encantó, estuvimos muy agusto, y si lo recomendamos totalmente especialmente a familias ya que es muy seguro, y tranquilo.

the location is great, it has everything you need: live music, food, a large pool that you can see from the comfort of the place, and the host, Juan Carlos, is very attentive to any need. Everything was great, and we're leaving happy. Thank you for everything, Juan Carlos.
Just a note, the place is only for 8 people maximum, if you want to bring guests please speak with Juan Carlos, he is ready to talk, there is also a deposit of 200 dollars which is returned upon checkout.
