Sytuacja awaryjna, musiałem spędzić noc w Gdańsku
Pros:

Czysto, schludnie, ładna klatka schodowa, winda to duży plus, pokój troszkę za mały ale dla jednej osoby jest ok. Na pewno wezmę pod uwagę wynajęcie u Państwa większego pokoju w przyszłości podczas wizyty w Gdańsku z partnerką.

Cons:

Powierzchnia pokoju, mogła by być większą za tą cene, brak uchwytu pod prysznicem na słuchawkę.

Great location
Excellent communication during the stay.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work
Off-site reception. Poor pre-arrival communication (took up to 14 days to reply).
Elevator only goes to the 3rd floor, then stairs to the 4th.

Convenient and clean, but staff was unresponsive.
Pros:

Great location, in old town, a few blocks from the canal. Very clean and efficient. Electronic door locks made check in easy.

Cons:

No AC, and no fan. While you could open windows for cooler air, the patio to a restaurant was right below our window. Since they had guests to 11pm and beyond, it made it difficult to sleep.

This is a “hotel” without staff. So when I tried to contact them through Booking.com, they never responded.
