Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Sehr nette Maisonette, mit allem ausgestattet. Die Handtücher wurden nach ein paar Tagen gewechselt.Eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch.Restaurant und Supermarkt sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.

Very good place and nice host.
Pros:

Nice host and a beatiful place.

Cons:

A door upstairs had no lock and was getting opened with wind which was causing the front door to make noise as the front door's lock was with a little bit loose. Not a big deal and they can easily fix it.

Muy buena ubicación, todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La cocina muy bien equipada.

Por poner una pega, la cama era un poco blanda pero eso es a gusto de cada uno.

Perfektní místo, kousek od Ponta Delgada, krásná velká zahrada, vše co potřebujete k týdennímu pobytu, ručníky vyměněny v polovině týdne, k dispozici i plážové osušky, klid, sezení na zahradě , kuchyň výborně vybavená, apartmán prostorný, místo na parkování v uzavřeném objektu

-Køkken grej i orden generelt. Men: bageovns betjening meget besværlig da signaturer for temperatur og programvalg er slidt væk. Kunne også godt ønske en traditionel kaffemaskine uden kapsler.

-Fredeligt nok om natten, selv om der er trafikstøj om dagen ( dog ikke konstant)
-God privat parkering bag boligen

Arrivo da dimenticare
Pros:

Bel appartamento, bene equipaggiato

Cons:

Un problemo all'arrivo dovuto al problemo della lingua. Parlevamo unicamente francese e italiano, per fortuna altri ospiti ci sono proposto per aiutarci altremente avremo dovuto dormire in macchina. Titolare che sapeve del nostro arrivo ma ha presso la cosa con legerezza.

Alloggio spazioso e con cucina, parcheggio interno, bella la zona circostante, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Qualche luce esterna in più (area prato/parcheggio) non guasterebbe. Alcuni dettagli, minori, di manutenzione (es. in alcuni punti vernice scrostata). La struttura è un po' isolata, quindi avrete sempre bisogno di muovervi in auto.

Estaba súper limpio era cómodo y bien equipado

Cons:

Anfitrión pésimo me aceptó 4 meses antes un check in a las 11:00. Cuando llegamos ni señales daba y todavía estaban los anteriores huéspedes dentro. Después me dijo que a la 13:00 y cuando llegamos seguía sin estar limpia. Menos mal que teníamos coche y nos fuimos a dar un paseo. Gracias a la chica de la limpieza que nos explicó todo y nos dio la llave. Porque el ni apareció ni dejó ninguna explicación de nada
