Easy access, good location well equipped, bad was terrible.
Pros:

Good location, had everything and was clean. Spacious and had parking

Cons:

Mattress was horrible, the double bed consisted of two single beds so we kept sliding.

Le logement est calme, spacieux, bien situé. Fidèle à la description.

Cons:

Le manque d'intimité sur la terrasse.
Le four n'a plus d'indication, donc difficile à mettre en route.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, größeres und neueres Haus bekommen als gebucht.
Sehr gute Ausstattung.
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Das Haus,war etwas schwer zu finden, da,wir das Nachbarhaus vermutet hatten. Lt. der Bilder sollte es so sein.
Vermieter war selber leider nicht anwesend, was wir erwartet hatten.

Pros:

Het heel centraal gelegen waardoor we gemakkelijk heel het eiland hebben verkend. De woning biedt voldoende ruimte en het bed was super goed om in te slapen.

Cons:

De keuken was minnimaal uitgerust met keukengerief, wat ons persoonlihk wel tegen viel omdat we ook graag zelf koken.

Pros:

Die Lage war super. Man ist schnell am Flughafen und auch sonst ein super Startpunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Hinter dem Haus gibt es sehr gut Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung ist auch in Ordnung. Es gibt zwei kleine Supermärkte im Dorf.

Cons:

Es wirkt alles etwas dunkel und im oberen Bereich ist es leider etwas warm.

Tolle Unterkunft auf Sao Miguel
Pros:

Sehr gute und saubere Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Jose hat sehr gut funktioniert. Gute Ausgangslage für Tagestouren auf der Insel. Die Handtücher wurden alle 3 Tage gewechselt. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist gut gelöst.

Geräumiges Apartment in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig.
Die Lage ist gut und zentral auf São Miguel. Es lassen sich die meisten Highlights gut erreichen.

Die Ausstattung war insgesamt gut.

Dir Unterkunft war grundsätzlich sehr sauber. In der Mitte unseres 8-tägigen Aufenthalts wurden auch dir Handtücher gewechselt.
Das einzige kleinere Problem waren einige Ameisen in der Küche. Hier hat der Gastgeber schnell Abhilfe mit einem Spray geleistet.

Es steht ein großer Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über WhatsApp war insgesamt freundlich.

Der Check-In erfolgt entspannt über eine Schlüsselbox für die man den Code rechtzeitig zugesendet bekommt, sodass auch unsere späte Anreise kein Problem war.

Cons:

Es hat uns eigentlich nur eine größere Pfanne gefehlt.

Am Anfang war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber kurz etwas holprig.
Unsere Frage wie der Check-In läuft, da wir aufgrund eines späten Fluges, bei dem sich auch eine Verspätung abzeichnete, erst spät ankommen, wurde zunächst nicht richtig beantwortet.
Am Ende klärte sich dies jedoch (s. o.)

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Sehr nette Maisonette, mit allem ausgestattet. Die Handtücher wurden nach ein paar Tagen gewechselt.Eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch.Restaurant und Supermarkt sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.

Very good place and nice host.

Nice host and a beatiful place.

Cons:

A door upstairs had no lock and was getting opened with wind which was causing the front door to make noise as the front door's lock was with a little bit loose. Not a big deal and they can easily fix it.
