Estado degradado e pouco cuidado. Porta de entrada casa era uma porta do tempo da minha avó . Muito barulho de outros moradores, chão da casa de banho degradado e perigoso . NET lenta ou nula , não consegui trabalhar , enfim .

A foto claramente não é do mesmo quarto,
Porta do banheiro praticamente no fecha, cheiro forte de esgoto, as pessoas que estavam no quarto da frente fumavam dentro do quarto e o cheiro ia pra dentro do nosso também.
Cama em péssimo estado, no geral quarto bastante ruim.

Entrei em contato por telefone para verificar a possibilidade de ficar mais uma noite(apesar do quarto ser ruim, setubal é maravilhoso), a pessoa que me atendeu foi bastante rude e nada amigável.

Tudo. Ambiente completamente sujo, fotos que não são condizentes com a realidade, cheio de formigas, frigobar mofado e saindo líquido, fronhas com mau cheiro, chuveiro que não sai água direito, a fechadura da porta fica meio aberta, corredor da escada com um cheiro desagradável, não tem nada que facilite nossa estadia. Fomos a trabalho e reservamos de acordo com as fotos que estavam disponíveis, chegamos lá e nos deparamos com algo completamente diferente. Se fosse pra escrever tudo iam faltar linhas e essas são só algumas das fotos que tirei.
