النظافة ممتازة جدا جدا (الحمام والغرفة والسرير والأثاث) مساحة الغرفة، وسع السرير المزدوج، السرير مريح جدا، تبريد الغرفة جيد جدا، التلفاز بلازما كبير ممتاز، الاثاث خشبي جيد، الاجهزة الملحقة كالغلاية والثلاجة جيدة جدا (عدا الكاوية)، اضاءة للغرفة جيدا جدا، الشباك والستائر والأرضية الغرفة جيدا جدا.

Cons:

عدم توفر خيارات غرف لسريرين منفصلين، الحمام صغير المساحة وقد يكون ضيق وصعب الاستخدام لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، عند الاغتسال (استعمال الشور) قد يتبلل الحمام ويطول جفافه وتفريغه، لم يتوفر نعال لدخول الحمام في الغرفة، الحنفية مرتفعة قليلا وقد تكون صعبة الاستعمال للأطفال، المكيف يقع امام الفراش مباشرة.
