إقامة مريحة ومتكاملة بكل شيء.

تجربة ممتازة جدًا في البيوتات، أخذت فيها 3 أيام وكانت من أفضل تجارب السكن بالنسبة لي. الشقق نظيفة جدًا ومرتبة وكل شيء فيها واضح الاهتمام والعناية. المواقف متوفرة بكثرة وهذا شيء مهم ومريح جدًا. الموقع ممتاز، أغلب المطاعم ومحلات القهوة قريبة جدًا، بالإضافة إلى البقالات ومحطات البنزين ومغاسل الملابس، وكلها تقدر تروح لها مشي بدون الحاجة لسيارة. الأسعار كذلك ممتازة ومناسبة جدًا مقارنة بالخدمة، دفعت تقريبًا 400 ريال مقابل 3 أيام وكانت تستحق. تعامل الموظفين راقٍ ومحترم سواء موظفي الفترة الصباحية أو المسائية، كلهم في قمة الأخلاق والاحترام والتعاون.

بصراحة الشقق متكاملة من جميع النواحي وأنصح فيها بقوة لأي شخص يدور على الراحة والنظافة والموقع الممتاز.

لازم المستاجر. يرتاح وعدم الازعاج الراحه والهدوء والنوم مطلوب لاي مستاجر ويتوفر له الخدمات داخل الشقه بدون لا يطلب ومثل

ازعاج من المستاجرين ويوجد صيانة في الدور اللي انا موجود في والله كان مزعج لدرجة نهاية ولا استطيع انام ولا ارتاح ولا توفّر بعض الخدمات في الشقه داخل والحمام يوجد فيه حشرات تطلع من غرفة التصريف المويه وللاسف غير مريح للنوم ازعاج بشكل كبير حتى في الاسياب حتى البطاقه حقت الدخول يوجد فيها مشكله اذا طلعت داخل الفندق لازم امر الاستقبال علشان يفعلونها

المطلوب تجديد متطلبات إعداد الشاهي يوميا مع أكواب سراميك ووضع صحون للأكل والتواصل مع النزيل يوميا لمعرفة احتياجاته وضع قناة ثمانية لمتابعة المباريات المحلية وقائمة بأفضل مطاعم وبقالات للتوصيل وكذلك وضع كشك للقهوة العربية مع التمر والطحينة
