se você precisar de um recibo, faça o pagamento em cartão.já fiquei hospedada três vezes nesse lugar e tenho pedido há alguns meses o recibo e não tenho retorno algum deles, justamente porque paguei em dinheiro.

Clean and spacious room in a hotel located in Kosice city centre.
Pros:

The room was clean, quite spacious and had a very nice and big bathroom, with separate WC.
A bed was really big and very comfy.
Conveniently the room was equipped with some cooking appliances within a kitchenette area.
Receptionist was very polite and happy to help.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area, but very close to the main city attractions and some shops and restaurants as well as public transport.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Чудове розташування, свіжий ремонт і все нове - меблі, техніка, сантехніка. Є чай і кава, посуд і можливість щось приготувати прямо в номері

Cons:

Дуже компактний номер, невеличкий — складно навіть розвернути та відкрити велику валізу, як було в мене. Окрема душова та туалет з умивальником. Немає постійного адміністратора на ресепшені - тільки за домовленістю. Ціна трошки вища за таку якість, проте в усьому місті вони +- такі самі

Затишно і всюди близько
Pros:

Кімната виявилася затишнішою, ніж здавалася на фото тут. Зручне розташування, ввічливий персонал, є все необхідне.

Cons:

Треба довго спускати воду, щоб з'явилася тепла. Це ніби не проблема, але воду шкода. Екологія, все таке.

Pros:

Гарне розташування, чисто. Кондиціонер, плита, фен, чайник працюють. Є міні шампунь, сіль, перець, пакетований чай, цукор у стіках. Висока стеля. Зручні ліжка.

Cons:

Це не скарги а більше побажання
У ванній постійно працює витяжка яку не можна вимкнути. Без неї звісно було би погано але в фоні постійний не сильний шум. При цьому рушники сохнуть погано. Було би добре мати дзвінок на рецепції для виклику працівника, бо сміття виносили самі у своїх пакетах.
