Look for something better than this
Pros:

- Great location
- Friendly staff
- Equipped with air conditioning, a kettle, and a refrigerator

- The room needs repairs; the hair dryer doesn't work, and the toilet is broken

I was there to watch Aston Villa win the Europa Cup, and this location was perfect.
Pros:

The location was perfect, and great value for the clean spacious room. Friendly staff at the reception.

Cons:

I asked for milk to go with my coffee, but they said they don’t provide milk and I would have to go to the shop over the road to get some.
The hairdryer didn’t work, so after a torrential downpour- I had to walk round in soggy trainers for days.

Pros:

Reception was 24/7 which was very convenient.

Cons:

Sometimes heating/AC didn't work... through whole night or during the day.
Bed has some protective layer between matrace and bed sheet, bedsheets were coming off very easily...
Bathroom ventilation was leaking with some brown liquid onto the floor, you could hear other very clearly in bathroom, shower head was broken.
Wifi was off many times during the day and in the morning.
Cleaning rooms was on special requests...
