Äußerst freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig in perfekter Lage zum Busbahnhof, Fährhafen und Metro.
In direkter Nachbarschaft ist alles was man braucht und man braucht auch nur 5 Minuten Mitten ins Geschehen von Kadiköy.

Locatie was geweldig, op loopafstand van de veerboten om naar de europeze kant te gaan en ook op loopafstand in het aziatische gedeelte van veel dingen.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter istanbul, permet d’avoir accès facilement à différents modes de transports. C’est aussi un chouette quartier pour trouver des restaurants variés. La chambre était très propre.
La chambre était humide et sentait le tabac froid. L’hotel est très mal isolé, on entend absolument tout. Nous n’avons pas bien dormi pendant 3 jours entre le bruit des autres clients, ceux de dehors, etc. Avec par dessus une chambre humide dont la fenêtre donne sur un escalier de sécurité où les gens sortent fumer. Il n’y avait aussi pas de couette, juste un grand drap en matière semblable à un torchon.

Lage war Top. Personal auch. Wir hatten in den oberen Stockwerken unser Zimmer. Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug. War teilweise sehr anstrengend mit Kind ohne Aufzug.

Il personale davvero gentile e accogliente. Ci ha aiutato in tutto. Servizio parcheggio impeccabile. Lasciata auto alla reception e loro hanno provveduto al parcheggio e alla custodia. Ci hanno regalato una cassa piena di bottiglie auto.

Location was great, hotel staff were friendly.
Room were split between building for our party.
Ich fand es richtig super, das alles gleich zentral war. Man konnte direkt paar Meter von der Unterkunft mit der Fähre, mit der Metro und dem Bus an die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen. Das war super.
Es besitzt leider kein Aufzug. Die Wände sind dünn. Man konnte den Nachbarn hören. Aber da man den ganzen Tag unterwegs war, war das kein Problem.
Thus hotel met our needs. If you want perfection, go elsewhere. I would stay here again.
Communication was an issue, but staff were ready with translation apps and keen to give the best service possible. They made contact via Whatsapp in Englush and we contacted them the same way. Responses were quick.
They took our bags to and from the rooms, which was great because the rooms are up a central spiral staircase!
Air conditioning was a must and great to have.
The hotel is very close to transport and shops, and something different waits around every corner! We really didnt have time to explore and enjoy Kadikoy properly!
The bed we had the first night was so uncomfortable. We could see the outline of the springs and could not move without the springs making a lot of noise! BUT our feedback was managed very quickly and our bags were moved to a new room. Unfortunately it was another flight of stairs higher!
The staircase ensured we would need a shower after ascending it. No good for older people or physically challenged.
Smoking is prevalent in Turkiye. If a cigarette is lit elsewhere in the building, you will know very quickly.... 😕
Some of the services listed in the add are not available. The bath/spa is in one room., i think. There is no airport shuttle... etc.
My husband and I loved the room, location cleaning lady, and other staff/owners. You can catch the buses, metro, taxis, and ferry. We enjoyed the ferries that took us across the European side. Everyone seems so friendly. We enjoyed our stay. We had a room on the very top floor that was beautiful but, the stairs were a bit too much at our age so we asked for a room on the lower floor and they gave us a room closer to the ground floor with a minimum payment since it had a jacuzzi which we really enjoyed. Love the place and everyone there. We will be back if not next year in two years God willing. Forgot to mention that restaurants are all over the place nearby, the a/c is very cold I had to turn it up a bit and cut it off a few times.
We enjoyed everything.
