Pros:

The hotel is modern and cozy. It has real 24/7 reception. The cleaning works every day. The place is great, there are a beach, a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Kitchenware is minimal but enough.

Very good stay, let down by the smell on the lowest floor. Avoid XL rooms.
Pros:

Staff was great! The two guys that worked the front desk were cheerful and very helpful. Responded positively and quickly to every request and offered advice.
Comfortable bed.
Good air conditioning.
Pool area is great.
Lots of restaurants around.
Short walk to the beach. (Quite pebbley, shoes recommended)
We didn't experience the commonly mentioned noise issue.

Cons:

Persistent damp/sewage smell! X-Large rooms are in the basement and smelled really bad. Especially the first days. Upper floors did not have this problem. (We had two rooms)
To their credit, the staff immediately offered a different room, that was free the next day, but it was a bit too small and everyone was already settled in. They came back later with a special spray to help with the smell. Looked like a professional product rather than just an air freshener. A nice gesture but a band-aid solution.
Internet cut out occasionally.
Fold out couch isn't great.

Pros:

Alles in allem ein Top Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es ist auch relativ Leise sodass man seine Ruhe hatte. Standort perfekt in direkter Strandnähe mit Restaurants drumherum. Bonus: Ein Zimmer in der ersten Etage schaltet eine Katze frei, die bei Zuruf für Streicheleinheiten auf den Balkon kommt.

Pros:

Отличное расположение 5 минут до пляжа, Коньялты- самый лучший для меня район города - удобно добираться до любой точки , много ресторанов, очень хорошие апартаменты, новые, чистые, уборка была ежедневно, хорошие люди на ресепшен, бассейн был, наш номер был с верандой- это очень классно, отличный вид . Благодарю, нам очень у вас понравилось 🥰

Beautiful apartment but noisy bar next door.
Pros:

Perfect location , however the bar next door very noisy. The rooms are beautiful and clean. John on the reception very helpful and polite. Lovely smile and always very welcoming.

Cons:

Lack of cooking equipment.

I liked everything overall; it was convenient.
