Pros:

Сподобалось все! Живописне розташування. Приємний і турботливий персонал. Зустрічають по приїзду, якісно і оперативно були вирішені всі питання. Адміністратор Ольга людяна і приємна людина, професіонал своєї справи. Чудове співвідношення вартість&якість! Дякую та рекомендую, планую сюди повертатись!

Staff are great.

Cons:

There's some soundproofing, but noise comes through the doors. That being said, I've stayed here three times now and there is rarely any noise, and if there is it's not loud.

Рекомендую для короткої подорожі. Розташування чудове, в номері чисто.
Pros:

Розташування просто шикарне. Андріївський узвіз, все поряд плюс мінус. Є поряд магазин продуктів, недалеко Пузата хата і метро. Важливо, що є щось типу сховища в самій будівлі (полупідвал з укріпленими стінами),не довелось спускатись, але кажуть що можна не бігти до метро.
В номері чисто, чиста постіль, посуд, рушники.
В номері все є необхідне (посуд, мікрохвильова, чайник, білизна, миюче навіть, вентилятор, фен, шафи, холодильник, телік). Поки ми були, пропав інтернет, але доволі швидко все полагодили. Дуже вдячна, що персонал пропонував інші варіанти, поверх де був зв'язок, бо у мене була нарада. Швидко реагують на повідомлення, навіть не дзвонила.

Cons:

Трохи кран туговатий у ванній, нема полички ніякої у ванній, нікуди покласти речі, важко закриваються двері на балкон.

Расположение - сердце Андреевского спука! Окна номера выходили в уютнейший дворик, утопающий в цветах. Персонал вежливий, на связи круглосуточно, ориентирован на клиента.

Все чудово, зручне розташування, поряд є все необхідне, метро неподалік, багато пам'яток, вихід прямо на узвіз. Дуже приємна адміністраторка. Номер топ за свої гроші. Також дуже добре що є укриття та паркінг поряд, під час обстрілів важлива річ.
