Хороше розташування,базарчик,метро,маркети.Хочу сказати дякую Людмилі і Денису пристосовуються до людей,які хочуть засилиться,пора повишать в роботі.

Нічого! Я шокована даними умовами. За цю вартість на багато не розраховувала, але те що я пережила, заставило краще обдумувати вибір помешкання.

Cons:

В останній день мого перебування НЕВІДОМИЙ МЕНІ ЧОЛОВІК, який не проживав в даному хостелі, але чомусь мав доступ до даного помешкання, намагався увірватися в мою кімнату. Перед цим бив дівчину котра проживала там. Поліцію не викликала, оскільки знала, що це затягнеться на довго, а я вже придбала білети додому, тому викликавши поліцію, могла не встигнути. Я просто сиділа в кімнаті і сподівалася, що цей ненормальний чоловік не ввійде туди, оскільки двері не зачинялися із середини, бо замок із середину був несправний. Сиділа і тримала двері у повній бойовій готовності захищати своє життя. Не раджу нікому даний хостел!!! В кімнаті сміття не було, але підлога була брудною, меблі старезні і не миті, бо на стільцях непоганий шар жиру. Ремонтом там не пахло десятиліттями. А на кухні такий страшний посуд, що до нього гидко торкатися, не то, щоб їжу в ньому готувати, чи їсти з нього. Москітна сітка на вікні відсутня, доводилося обертати, чи сидіти в смороді (був присутній неприємний запах, після того, як пів дня було зачинене вікно, він значно посилився), чи сидіти із мухами. В кімнаті і помешканні можна ходити лише у капцях. З плюсів — була пральна машинка, але я нею не користувалася, тому не знаю чи вона була справна. Праски чи фена не було. Ванну кімнату, на жаль не сфотографувала, бо її «варто» було б побачити. Те що в них на фото — абсолютно інша реальність.

Расположение - Ок

Cons:

Приехали. Заселение в 13:00 - комната грязная, не убранная. Договорились с сотрудницей, что уберет. Приехал с женой в 16:00. Грязь как была так и осталась. Пошел к администратору жаловаться на грязь. Сотрудница начала вываливать свои проблемы на нас. Оправдываться. Потом все же убрала.
В раковине горы немытой посуды на кухне, в ванной в раковине - аналогично. В проходе стоят две межкомнатные двери.
К 17:00 началась пьяная драка соседей с матами, шумами, стены ходуном ходили, пришлось выходить - успокаивать. В итоге их администрация выгнала, но они еще потом под подъездом стояли, пытаясь попасть в жилье.
В двух словах - гетто по-украински.

Pros:

Отличный номер в новом доме на 10 этаже,Балкон просторный с сушилкой для вещей,кровать удобная стол шкаф стулья,все в хорошем состоянии,2санузла одна ванная.Из минусов одна плитка индукционная.Посуда есть,мусор выноситься,двери закрываются на ключ.Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом хостеле.
