Cozy household
Pros:

Amazing apartments, or to be precise it is a room in the house. I rented apartment with own bathroom and balcony, but that is not actually required in this property. The common bathroom - is for 2-3 other room and looks just like usual home bathroom with appliances and cleanliness. Bad was good, sheets were fresh. I specifically search for a room with a kettle for a tea, and fridge was also here. Everything is clean. Furniture is good(sometes in house room furniture feels like made from cardboard, not this case in here).
On the best thing, for right now, this house has a basement with furniture (sofa, table, electricity, toilet; see the last photo). Half of one of my nights I spend there.

Cons:

The only really meaningful minus that I could find - sound isolation. As it is build like a house, not usual holet room, when housekeeping hours start you will hear noises through the entrance door. But that was the only noise I heard from my room (and at 12/1 p.m.)

Pros:

Часный дом в виде отеля тихо и спокойно! , а не квартира или огромный отель беспокойный , удобное расположение , уютно по домашнему, очень щепетильный обслуживающий персонал!

Pros:

Очень приветливый хозяин, относится по-человечески, входит в положение

При необходимости можно постирать вещи на безоплатной основе; есть гладильная доска и утюг

Мы остались довольны, все хорошо)

Наче побув в гостях.
Pros:

Господар приміщення дуже привітний. Зустрів нас, все показав, дуже детально. Попросили додаткову подушку, він приніс її. Дуже зручна постіль, номер просторий та має все необхідне. Теріторія закрита та безпечна. Сподобалось що дуже домашня атмосфера, наче в гостях) Є кіт)

Cons:

Разтошування трохи осторонь від інфраструктури. Ресторани, магазини знаходятся на значній відстані від помешкання. Дорога до помешкання проходить через приватний сектор, де доволі багато собак (критично для тих хто їх боїтся). Трохи не сподобалось що душ/туалет були поза номером (через наш класс номеру економ), але є номери де він у середені.

Приємна власниця.Смачна кава на сніданок.Дуже чисто.
Гарне місце розташування на тихій вулиці.

Cons:

Не вистачає розетки у ванній кімнаті.

Рекомендую, надійне комфортне місце.
Pros:

Гостинні господарі, чисто і охайно всюди. Мене влаштували всі побутові зручності, на які очікувала - велике ліжко, мікрохвильовка, холодильник, гаряча вода, містка шафа, чайник, столовий посуд, інтернет.

Cons:

Мені не зручно було перевзуватися щоразу у одноразові капці, тож раджу взяти з собою свої або змінне взуття.
