Catalina's Got Cart Condo

Everything was perfect but I especially loved the use of the golf cart!

I love the location .

The bed was fantastic, great mattress, clean good quality sheets and good pillows.

I liked the location of the property and that it was walking distance to Vons.

At first, we were a little hesitant because we weren’t sure about the cart the pool, and how everything worked. But when we got there, Allison made us feel at ease and met us at the ferry terminal handed over the keys to the cart, which we had access to the entire time. We were here all three days and two nights. Allison went over every detail of the cart where to park it, the times on the streets that we need to be careful, and parking the cart. It was amazing. Allison is by far the best Host we’ve ever rented from. It was my 80 year-old dad my 72-year-old stepmom myself and my boyfriend and it worked out great.

Close to everything. Also came with a golf cart.

The property there was very clean and everything was so easy the person that let us rent the condo and also it came with a golf cart, which made so much nice

It was situated in a convenient location and the ambience felt homely.

The condo was comfortable and very clean. The golf cart is what sold us. Allison the manager was awesome. Very friendly and helpful.

Hubby and I went for an overnight getaway with another couple. The condo property manager, Allison, is great. She promptly answered questions and was very accommodating. The condo is clean, quiet, and just a few blocks from the main streets of Avalon. The furnishings are dated but comfortable. The place was stocked with everything we needed. In addition to the reasonable rate, what makes this rental better than all others is that it comes with unlimited use of a golf cart. That is a notable rarity. One cannot truly experience Avalon without being able to drive into the surrounding hills to see the spectacular views. We were able to drive to the grocery, buy wine and cheese, and enjoy a sunset happy hour overlooking the bay and village. The Point across from the Mt. Ada Inn is a good place for this.

First of all on arrival, owner, Allison was incredible, very responsive and on top of everything. Location was great accessible to everything. Most importantly having a Go cart included for the entire the vacation was a cherry on top.
Accommodations were great. We did not use the pool but it was available if we needed it

Location

Great location with easy access to the center of Avalon on foot and via the included golf cart (which is especially great for cruising up around the town's hills to see the views). The host, Allison, personally met us at the ferry to hand over the keys and do the golf cart paperwork/instruction. She was welcoming, helpful, communicative, and accommodating. Apartment was perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed; bed and futon were decent; we loved the pool/hot tub.

Alison was wonderful meeting us at the ferry dock and taking us to the property. It was wonderful having the golf cart to get around and explore although you do have to park the cart offsite at night approx. 1/4 mile away. The bed was comfortable and the condo was roomy and pretty well supplied.
