Very convenient location. 200 meters from the bus station, 600-700 meters from the fortress and the main square.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, well furnished, there is air conditioning, a refrigerator, an electric kettle. Balcony furnished with a table and chairs. Comfortable beds with quality linen. Unlike most other accommodations in Niš, there is an elevator, which is important if you have a lot of luggage. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.
Communication with the owners is easy and fast, they are friendly and helpful.

Spacious room, big bathroom, perfectly clean, equipped with everything : air condition/heating, TV, fridge, kettle with coffee and tea, very good quality linen, hair dryer and toiletries. Good wifi. Central location. Easy check in and check out. Elevator. Nice and kind hosts. And on the top, unbeatable price and the best quality for money ratio in Nis. I'm very satisfied and will come again.
