comfortable stay! definitely to go back.
Pros:

the room was actually a proper one bedroom apartment so it was super spacious, it had a balcony with great view, and the location was so handy to go anywhere in costa smeralda. the staff were all very helpful and friendly. overall it was an amazing stay. the room had 2 ACs, fridge etc. enough closet space as well. the restaurant of the hotel was very good, in fact we ended up eating there twice.

Cons:

the only issue was the water pressure in the shower (not in the tab or bidet- only in the shower) but we did not ask anyone about it so maybe it was fixable.

Alles was man braucht!
Pros:

Das Appartment ist an und für sich nichts "Besonderes" aber bietet alles was man braucht. Größe, Stauraum, Sauberkeit (im Appt selbst aber auch drum herum zB Mülltrennung, Gartenpflege) ist uns sehr positiv aufgefallen! Küchenutenisilien, Induktionsfeld, Klimaanlage, Parkplatz alles vorhanden! Der neue Pool-Bereich, die 24/7 Rezeption/Personal und die kleine Terrasse haben uns vor allem überzeugt. Dass die Anlage an sich schon älter ist, hat uns nicht gestört, das findet man auf der Insel öfter so vor.. : ) Der kleine Spar direkt bei der Anlage war super praktisch.

Cons:

Abzug gibts aber jedenfalls für die duchgelegene Ausziehcouch. Das Bistro haben wir nicht probiert.

Było fantastycznie.
Pros:

czystość, piękny w pełni wyposażony apartament, przesympatyczna obsługa, super miła, rodzinna i spokojna atmosfera. W każdym pokoju sprawna, cicha i nie śmierdząca klimatyzacja.

Cons:

Śniadania monotonne , ciągle to samo, mało warzyw ale dało się najeść. Położenie nad kiepską zatoczką- odległość do najbliższej plaży ok. 1km. Nie nie jest możliwe przebywać w tym obiekcie bez własnego środka transportu.

Ruim opgezet appartementencomplex. Prima als uitvalsbasis om noord Sardinië te ontdekken.
Pros:

Fijn ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Relatief nog rustig aan het zwembad.

Cons:

Het restaurant op het complex viel wat tegen. Een uitgestorven sfeer en het eten was minder. Bij het naastgelegen complex was het zwembad gesloten.

Belle résidence
Pros:

Très bien. La résidence est calme mais la salle de bains est un tout petit peu viellote, mais cela n'empêche pas que nous avons apprécié, de plus le petit-déjeuner est parfait y compris le restaurant. Donc très bien.

Cons:

La salle de bains est un peu vieillotte mais ça va, de plus c'est un peu isolé mais pas au point de m'être une mauvaise appréciation donc nous recommandons.

Pros:

La zona piscina è bellissima, di nuova costruzione.
Costa Serena è un posto incantevole, in una zona tranquilla con una spiaggia nelle vicinanze. Per raggiungere Palau e visitare le bellissime spiagge sarde è necessaria un' auto.
Le camere sono di grandi dimensioni arredate in modo semplice ma funzionale.
Il letto è molto comodo.
Lo staff, in particolare la Sig.ra Loredana è stata gentilissima nel soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Cons:

Prodotti e cartigenica per il bagno limitati.

In cucina mancanza di sapone e spugnetta per lavare i piatti e di uno strofinaccio.

La zona piscina di recente costruzione e la tranquillità della struttura.
Aree verdi tenute con cura.

Letto molto comodo.
Camere di grandi dimensioni, semplici ma funzionali.

Staff gentile e disponibile nel soddisfare le tue richieste.

Cons:

Prodotti per il bagno quasi inesistenti ed il fatto che non ci siano accessori (sapone piatti e spugnetta) per la pulizia in cucina.

Veel potentie maar werk aan de winkel
Pros:

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook het nieuwe zwembad was uitstekend en viel bij de kinderen goed in de smaak.
Het hoofdgebouw en kamers rond het nieuwe zwembad zagen er ook goed uit. De bedden waren net nieuw en we hebben super geslapen.

Cons:

Het bijgebouw waar wij verbleven, is aan renovatie toe en zag er slecht uit van buiten.

Er is dus nog wat werk te doen want het hotel heeft veel potentie. Het is recent overgenomen door Felix. Hopelijk wordt er geïnvesteerd om het volledig tot bloei te laten komen

Pros:

De bedden, ruimte en het zwembad. Personeel van de receptie super vriendelijk. Wij waren op doorreis en het was echt een prima verblijf.

Cons:

Wij miste een koffie apparaatje in het appartement. Dat zou echt een plus punt zijn voor ons.

Dårlig og beskidt lejlighed, men flinkt personale
Pros:

Personalet var generelt meget venligt og med et glimt i øjet. De var hjælpsomme, og vi følte os velkomne.

Fælles pool var forholdsvis lille, men da vi kun var få gæster der brugte den, så var det fint. Det fungerede. Havde der været mange gæster, ville det have været et problem.

Cons:

Lejligheden levede på ingen måde op til vores forventninger. Den var meget slidt, beskidt og med myrer og et par store kakkelak lignende insekter.

Køkkent manglede elementært udstyr, og man kunne i praksis ikke anvende det til madlavning for en lille familie.

Nice to stay
Pros:

Mooie ligging met goede voorzieningen zoals supermarktje en restaurant. Ruime parkeergelegenheid ook voor bezoekers en een zeer mooi zwembad

Cons:

Accomodatie is aan een flinke opknapbeurt toe, Balkonnetjes en de muren kunnen wel een nieuw laagje verf gebruiken
